Oishii 3,987 Posted August 12, 2013 We're the red raiders... our mascot is an Indian/Native American chief... Yes I'm aware it's racist. It's not fair when your school has a racial slur in the name but no one bans it. My school did everything they could to honor Native Americans with their mascot, even doing fundraising for the Cherokee that made our mascot's wardrobe, but our mascot was banned anyway.
