Dio Brando 5,810 Posted August 12, 2013 From what I've seen so far, they didn't update the models like what they did with KH 1 Final Mix where they used Sora's,Riku's and Ansem's new models from KH 3D instead they kept the exact same models as they are just with a little upscaling(example:Ansem SOD's model is the same old model from previous games) It looks like all the effort went to KH1 and 3582 Days while they just pasted RE:COM almost as it was in the Ps2 version 1 Reyn reacted to this

Dio Brando 5,810 Posted August 12, 2013 Copypasta is a good technique. Maybe but it's a little jarring especially when you look at them from an official trailer 1 Skai reacted to this
venxas24 544 Posted August 12, 2013 As long as they fix the characters so their lips sync with the English talking. Dio Brando 5,810 Posted August 12, 2013 The only thing that bugs me about this is because Ansem's SOD original model is much better than his KH3D model in my opinion(Seriously look at that f.ucking face,it looks like he wanna rape Riku gentally and pedophically) 3 Caity, Terranort9406 and Reyn reacted to this

Terranort9406 288 Posted August 12, 2013 (edited) they cant change the models because they are just videos, there are not in game cutscenes just like the original but now with HD. Sorry my english its kinda sucky these days :s Edited August 12, 2013 by Terranort9406

Terranort9406 288 Posted August 12, 2013 (edited) They changed it for KH 1 Final Mix here with the updated models from KH3D for Sora,Riku,Ansem...and I think even Mickey,Donald and Goofy yeah but sadly the original KH:reCOM uses prerendered cutscenes(with less quality) same as the HD version but whith the original quality render which was HD, is not like the original KH that the clips were in game I dont know why they prerender all the cutscenes for re:com maybe it consumes less memory for the ps2, also if you have the models in the game you can change them, but in re:com there are only used for gameplay not cutscenes. Gamerazor247 877 Posted August 12, 2013 Well COM was released back in 2008 so I'm not surprised. I mean like God of War Ghost of sparta(2010) and Chains of Olympus(2008) were put in a HD collection but sense they were both originally on the PSP the had to ... Do some nerdy stuff to make the game feel right on the PS3. RE com came out on a Home Console... So yeah I'm not surprised by cheap ol' Square, I mean they didn't even take the time to make DAYS playable!!! KH1 is the real star of the HD collection and that's da truth
TerraRedeemed 255 Posted August 12, 2013 its because of the fact the KHFM was made practically from scratch while RE:CoM was just Remastered from the old data
Sora96 17,256 Posted August 12, 2013 Just a HD remaster. Can't expect much more.

Caity 3,946 Posted August 12, 2013 It seems pointless to bother updating Ansem's model at all if you're not gonna update every version of him in each game Going from super pale Ansem to super dark ansem and back to super pale is jarring.
