I typically start it again as soon as possible...which usually is the next day....because I have a tendency to finish the game at 2 a.m. Plus I'm shocked that the game is over so I play it again in order to register what I missed in the last few moments of playing

It depends. Now in days I rarely replay any game, but back then when I was a kid, I used to replay games a couple of a weeks after I beat it. Paper Mario and Pokemon come to mind.

Depends on the game. If I really loved it or enjoyed it, I'll probably play it real soon. If it's something I somewhat enjoyed, I might play it again some time in the future.

Same goes with anime. If I loved it, will rewatch it ASAP again. Something mediocre won't be a priority.

Most of the games i have finished gives you a reason to play it such few more things as a new level of dificulty, new areas, neew equipment ect ....

Depends. Back when I owned a ps2 (I still own it but I don't have possession of... it's a long story) I used to replay games pretty much whenever I finished them. Now that I have a gaming PC/steam I have very little time to replay games, unless I really enjoyed it.
