Well We know that Vanitas looks like Sora and his hair is spiky and like him, but he wears a helmet most the time, he has a lot of hair in that small helmet. Roxas looks like Ven because his heart was inside Sora at one time. & when Roxas came around, he looks like him. This might be obvious, but I thought everyone should know thats what I think...
