Yes, that's what you use to log into the game. You can use google translate or a browser with a built in version of google translate like chrome to make it easy to sign up.

Here is a solution for you two! Just somehow learn the entire Japenese language in a matter of minutes and then "play"! (Yes, for chi play needs to be in quotes)

 

Though, reading would be nice especially since what's the point of it being in a KH setting if you can't read the dialogue to enjoy the setting?

Nahhh too much effort when it's noncanon to the plot of KH and a spin off. If it was in english I might play it though.

No.  Plenty of Japanese speaking people would avoid it cause they don't like the game or style of gameplay and plenty of english speaking/non-japanese-speaking people would rather play the game in their native language so they can understand it, but I doubt we'll ever get an English edition.
