Kingdom Hearts: Dark Uprising (Signups)

It's been 100 years since the seven guardians of light defeated the thirteen warriors of darkness, protecting Kingdom Hearts. Since then, new Keyblade wielders have been found, and trained by the seven guardians in hopes of keeping the balance of light and dark. Some masters, such as Sora and Aqua, trained their students to use light to protect others. Others, such as Riku and Terra, taught their pupils to use the darkness for good intentions, rather than evil. All went well... Until recently. A new threat has risen: a man with the ability to manipulate the darkness within one's heart. Now, Keyblade wielders have been gathered to face this threat. Will you help the new threat, or those upholding the balance?

 

Well, I've recently decided that I'm done with roleplaying. However, this is an idea I'd been formulating shortly before I decided to quit, and I couldn't let it all go to waste. So, I decided to make one last RP! I really don't have much to say here, everything else has been stated already... So, rules and sign-ups!

 

Rules

1. Keep swearing to a minimum.

2. Romance is okay, but don't go overboard.

3. No godmodding!

4. No killing someone else's character without the approval of the character's owner and the RP's creator.

Appearance: Allitt has long, blonde hair, and green eyes. She usually wears a blue hoodie with black shorts.

Light/Dark: Light

Hero/Villain: Hero

Element: Blizzard

Keyblade: Allitt's Keychain is known as the Deep Freeze. It is similar in appearance to Aqua's Rainfell, but with a lighter color scheme. It offers a decent balance of strength and magic.

Personality: Allitt is headstrong and fearless, and tends to be a little overconfident in her skills at times. Despite this, she'd do anything for a friend, even put her life on the line if someone is in danger. She has a slight disliking for darkness, though...

Bio: Learning of her usage of the Keyblade at the age of 7, her and her twin brother, Indy Fare, were both taken to train at young ages. Allitt was trained in the ways of light, while her brother was trained in the ways of dark. The two were an inseperable pair, often training together. However, after a while, her brother began acting strange. He eventually left the academy to join the new evil, claiming that the balance was being overridden by light. Allitt hated darkness as a result, but still vows to bring her brother back with her someday.

Appearance: Indy wears a black hooded cloak, similar to what was worn by Organization XIII back in their time. Under the cloak, he has medium length black hair and blue eyes.

Light/Dark: Dark

Hero/Villain: Villain

Element: Fire

Keyblade: Indy wields the Burning Ambition, a keyblade with length similar to the Kingdom Key. The guard and teeth are red, while the shaft is black. The teeth are shaped like flames. This Keyblade allows for greater offensive power.

Personality: Indy is quiet, usually letting his actions convey his feelings. He believes that the balance between light and darkness was extinguished ages ago. He's a strategist, being able to easily come up with a plan to defeat his opponents.

Bio: Indy was raised at a Keyblade academy with his twin sister, Allitt. However, at the age of 13, the darkness had taken a hold on him, causing him to defect to the side of evil, teaming with the mysterious man who manipulates darkness. He hates the academy, claiming that it's trying to keep the light in a better position than the darkness.

Appearance: A burgundy school girl outfit, she has very light, kinda milky brown long hair with two small, spiky bangs and dark brown large eyes. Smaller than most her age, small pink lips and a smallish nose. Light toned, but normal pinkish human skin none the less. She has two pink bangles on each arm(Kinda like Donald's) and burgundy combat boots.

Shard of Flower: Similar to Ven's Keyblade in handle placement and height, but the keyblade itself is made of small ruby red crystals around the guard in a pentagon-like pattern, a few rose petals hanging from the sides, it slightly glows an orange light and looks like fire burning the leaves of a rose away. It has a pitch black handle in the center, similar in shape to the one Riku uses in KH1 at the end, where it is a small cone shape, and is embossed with pretty ruby red designs, making it look like a vase. The neck of the blade looks like a charred rose stem, the top culminating in a crystal in the shape of a two-dimensional rose with a few black but turning green thorns on each side. It has 4 Strength and boost MP by 4, it's ability is Magic Fire, which allows any magic cast with it to deal fire damage as well, or burn enemy targets, even if it's a defensive magic by calling on small orbs of fire that surround the magic attack or technique, but it is low-damaging.

Personality: Caring, sweet, will lend hand to anyone and loyal to all. If a secret must be kept, she will keep it and is trustworthy with any task outside of that anywhere.

Bio: A child of Belle and the Prince once known as the Beast, she was raised in a loving home and family, but when it was found she could wield the Keyblade, Belle and Beast made the hard choice of sending her to work with the Masters. Since she is the daughter of a Princess of Heart, she has a strong connection to the light already and thus worked with Riku to develop dark powers that can be used for good.

Light/Dark: Null (Xemnas and Twilight Thorn use it)

Element: Cure

 

Keyblade: (Sacrament) Silver katana ending in a vicious swirl of razor thorns. The hilt/handle is a silver carving of a six-winged angel. The keychain is a large silver chain ending in a wooden ankh. Chaos Ripper length with a small speed boost and decent magic, but a heavy tax on strength. 

 

Personality: Sad, stoic, but kind. Only wants whats best for everyone. Unsure and hesitant when it comes to emotional and social decisions, but calm and level-minded in combat. Usually a quiet loner.

 

Bio: 100 years ago, several renegade nobodies broke off from the legion of Superior Xemnas. They reproduced and bore strange dusks that would often resemble human children, but eventually revert to their dusk appearances again. These children also broke away and formed a tribe who worshipped Xemnas, believing his actions had begun forming hearts for them. There eventually came a day where the clan`s 109th child was to be born. During the birth, Sora managed to use Kingdom Hearts to revert all Heartless and Nobodies to their former selves. The non-existent offspring that made up the tribe simply returned to Kingdom Hearts. All of them except the newly born human Kenji, who fell through the loophole of existence. As a child he wandered aimlessly and nude, a prisoner of the empty World That Never Was. He learned language and culture from the deserted buildings of the city. He managed to reach a distant, looming castle later on. Kenji gave himself a pleasant name and found an old, worn black cloak that kept him warm. From scattered journals he learned about the dreamy Key of Destiny, and it wasn't long until his strange heart's desire manifested such a keyblade. Kenji continued to study the journals until he learned how to create a corridor of darkness and visit new worlds...

Due to unknown means of his life, he allowed Darkness into his Heart, and attacked his teacher, killing him and taking his Heart for an unknown reason. His body is currently showing signs of degrading, because of his usage of Darkness. He plans to seek out a person who has a similar Darkness to his to possess that person and use his/her body as a vessel, and go on with the plan of destroying all of the Light in the universe.

Keyblade: New Dawn. Looks like the Oblivion Keyblade, but with a white and silver color scheme. The wings that form the hand guard are angelic and the teeth form the Kenji for light. The gem on the hand guard remains purple.
Bloosts speed at a small cost to damage.
Personality: Loyal, protective, regretful, seeking redemption, somewhat sarcastic.
Bio: 22 years ago, dark Keyblade Master Rocel Drathco went off to study the Dark Realm. 2 years later, he returned a changed man. He declared that he was going to return the worlds to darkness and set about creating a rift to the Dark Realm to swallow up worlds with. Other Keyblade Master's banded together to stop him, including his old master and his best friend, who went through training with him. A long battle ensued, in which Rocel managed to hold off the other masters. While the other kept him busy, his best friend, Malaka, did her best to close the rift befor the world they were on was pulled in. Not understanding the power behind it, Malaka was pulled in and devoured by it. The sight of his childhood friend's death seemed to snap Rocel out of something. He left the other masters and used every bit of power he had left to close the rift. As he closed it, a black arm shot out and stabbed him before the rift closed. As he lay dying, his old master came to him and asked if he wanted a second chance. Rocel managed a weak nod, then all he remembers is light.
Now, Rocel wakes up to find himself 20 years young, with the knowledge and skill of a apprentice. Taking the name Rook, he goes to the academy to relearn how to be a Keyblade master, this time rooted in light.

He declared that he was going to return the worlds to darkness and set about creating a rift to the Dark Realm to swallow up worlds with. Other Keyblade Master's banded together to stop him, including his old master and his best friend, who went through training with him. A long battle ensued, in which Rocel managed to hold off the other masters. While the other kept him busy, his best friend, Malaka, did her best to close the rift befor the world they were on was pulled in. Not understanding the power behind it, Malaka was pulled in and devoured by it. The sight of his childhood friend's death seemed to snap Rocel out of something. He left the other masters and used every bit of power he had left to close the rift. As he closed it, a black arm shot out and stabbed him before the rift closed. As he lay dying, his old master came to him and asked if he wanted a second chance. Rocel managed a weak nod, then all he remembers is light.Now, Rocel wakes up to find himself 20 years young, with the knowledge and skill of a apprentice. Taking the name Rook, he goes to the academy to relearn how to be a Keyblade master, this time rooted in light.

Personality: Laid back and at times lazy. However, he is willing to go out of his way to help others. Although he may not show it, he cares deeply for his friends and feels that he would be responsible for them if anything were to happen to them.

Bio: After an incident in his home world of Radiant Garden, Joel was sent to the academy in order to harness his powers of darkness. He learned to control his powers with the desire to help those in need. After Indy left the academy, Joel partially blamed himself for not stopping him, and vows to bring him back.

Bio: Jin Kyuro is an Ex 1rst class SOLDIER who was a nephew to Zack Fair. (http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/SOLDIER) Though the knowledge of Zack's death was hidden to him by his family, he soon found out on his own. When word got to him that Zack had died, he ran to Midgar to meet up with Cloud to see Zack's grave marked by the Buster Sword. He took the sword and swore to carry on Zack's dream with Cloud and become a hero. He traversed through different worlds, fending off evil, and thus slowly awakened to the knowledge of the Keyblades and Darkness. He was very proficient and fast with the Buster Sword. However, after being beaten by a Keyblade Master, in spite of his superhuman abilities, Jin decided to put his quest on hold to train in the way of the sword once again. For three years, he trained under numerous Keyblade Masters and Wizards such as Merlin and even Yen Sid himself. Though he never gained a Keyblade and was never really good in elemental magic, he was just as good as any well-trained Keyblade Master in both physical, martial arts, and magical endurance. However, in an attempt to become a good spellcaster, Yen Sid forced him to an academy of keyblade wielders training under the Light. Though he felt no place there, he left his sword behind by Yen Sid, and left for the academy.
