this is probably stupid but "if" they r freed and Roxas had to pick between Namine and Xion

Well in my opinion i think he would pick Xion beause he spent most of his time with her and Namine he was only with her for a few days. And when Xion faded back into sora's memorie he shed a tear and dosn't car as much for namine.

I would say namine because she is a real nobody unlike xion. xion is just a imperfect replica of sora. So it's more likely that roxas will choose namine.

I dunno. Namine is between incestual and narcissism, and Xion is...narcissism. Though, throughout Days it didn't even look like Roxas had any romantic feelings for Xion, and since they're pushing RokuNami as canon, let's just go with that.

 

Though, considering the events in coded amongst other things, yes, they will be freed from torment, no, they will not physically return. Namine's torment was because she never got a "Thank you" from Sora. Xion because she had been completely forgotten. Roxas because he had forgotten Xion.

Hmmmm....I think that he'd go for Xion. During their days within the Organization Roxas worried about Xion (Despite the fact that Nobodies are supposed to not have a heart). And as VENROXAS stated, after Roxas defeats the 4th form of Xion and she began to fade away, a tear did fall from his eyes. (Same thing for Axel when he and Roxas faded away in a scene from KH2: FM). But overall I think that Roxas would go for Xion.
