Nomura pretty much holds the future of Square Enix in his hands.

He's working on Kingdom Hearts 3 and Final Fantasy XV, two of their biggest and most anticipated titles. I wonder how it must feel to have so much responsibility. Must be a lot of pressure. I hope he's taking care of his health.

 

I know i'll like both games, but I hope these games are well received by everyone else. I want to brag to others about Square-Enix being my favorite company again.

We all know kh 3 is gonna do very well because we fans are crazy and ff 15 looks very promising. If this pulls through, Tetsuya can rise really quick in Square Enix and maybe be near the top

pretty much, if both games failed it's game over for square. however if both games succeed, we could see Nomura make the next FF and i really hope that happens, Nomura worked on two the greatest final fantasys  of all time (in my opinion atleast) so i have no doubt 15 will have an amazing story. however i do have a worry, lets say FF15 does extremely well and square wants him to work on the next one, and possibly the next one. What would this mean for kingdom hearts? That really all depends on the Team making KH3, if it does well great, nomura and keep what his doing with both series but if it fails (somehow) then what? will he stop working on the Final fantasy series all together? who knows. Nomura has allot on his plate right now and i do hope it's not stressing him out that much. i know 15 and 3 will be great games but there is always that chance that things can go horribly wrong.

I never bought a Final Fantasy before mainly because battling for turns isnt for me. Its thanks to him i will buy my first one.

Dragon Quest never gets love outside of Japan, even though it's the more popular of the two in its home territory. But I think it's a case like how people forget Atlus is more than just Persona, except in this case it's Final Fantasy with Square (or Kingdom Hearts considering, ya know, that this is KH13).

Tetsuya said Kingdom Hearts is like his baby to him that he loves. He also stated that Sora was his favorite character and there is also a chance that kh 3 will outsell ff15. It's probable.
