Assassin's Creed two was my favorite! Had the best story I think.. Brotherhood and Revelations just dragged it on ( which is sad because I really liked Ezio's story). But I thought Revelations had the best gameplay.

I just joined the brotherhood last month. Only gotten AC1 and AC2 so far. AC2 is my fav Assassins creed game.

 

Don't spoil me, I'm still not far ahead in Assassin's Creed Series.

Hello friend, 

To my knowledge their is not a guild that does this. 
After researching this for awhile I have determined that 
the day of guilds has passed (For Now) with the exception of 
covens (witches) that still exist today. ( I would not advise joining one of those.)

I would be VERY CAREFUL ABOUT THIS. You can also look on youtube there is a ton of ways to 
do it. 

On a side note. There maybe a guild existing that is like the Assassins Guild but I doubt their would be a website to it ^_^! 
(and they would likely not use knifes/swords anymore (but for close combat)) 

(How to make your own Guild)
1)Keep an eye out for people whom would be willing to join your cause, 
   when you find them recruit them. 
2)Buy a big place to let them live, An old castle (or something suitable) 
3)Find teachers to train you. ((X military/martial arts/ect) (Note do not tell them what you are doing)) 
4)Train your students. (keep them busy, if they are not busy they may leave your guild) 
5)Create a code or a form of encryption to conceal your messages NEVER TALK on internet/phone.
6)Do all of your training inside a building as to not alert the authority's. 
7)Initiate Plans to destroy your enemies.....
