I'am sorry but i like Cid from final fantasy as one of the greatest villans especially in FinatFantasy 12 he was awesome as the mad scientist with the nethisit. It's just that charactor rocks in the series and the villan oh yeah

Joker from Arkham Asylum -simple when you get voice by Mark Hamill and you sound that awsome

doctor nefarious from Rac- is not greatest villian but hell he is funny

The Origami Killer from Heavy Rain - he is such intersing character and well written that is good but not the best

kessler from infamous- he is great villian kills woman you loved just to teach you a lesson

Revolver Ocelot from Metal Gear soild series- if anyone does villians well it's Metal Gear soild series with one of there greatest being Revolver Ocelot because he just persistent, sneaky, and cool villain then becomes

Liquid Ocelot - Is simply awsome without dobut being one of best villians in history for all he does in 2 and 4

I always thought the Joker was onr the greatest villian of all-time in video games, even if he is a lot better in the movies. Joker's just awesome like that.

Vamp from Metal Gear Soild 2 and 4

Vamp is awsome villian and had one of greatest boss fights in MGS4 and killed Otacon sister that alone makes him great villian

Another great Metal Gear Villian Liquid Snake from Metal Gear Soild- because he is so dam awsome as villian makes great final boss in 1

Wesker from Resident Evil

Bowser from Mario he fails to much

Yes GLaDOS is from Portal, Genetic Lifeform and Disk Operating System, an awesome game by the way, and GLaDOS' witty comments make it that much better.
