How can ven come back?

How can he come back? yea, I know the obvious get his heart from sora, put it in his body then wake him up.

But ven has been In sora's heart for what? 12-13 kh years? Ven and sora may have already merge into one heart by now, if so, wont the others have to take Ven's heart from sora's to make him whole? Then wouldn't sora become incomplete too? And then.......... Wait......huh? 0.o

Sora's only a host for Ventus's heart.  Ventus's heart has little if any influence on Sora (including his ability to wield a keyblade, contrary to popular belief).  Ventus still maintains a presence within Sora, so there was little merging to be had.  Hell, his own Nobody and Replica haven't completely merged with him, so what would it mean for a stranger?

Pretty sure their hearts didn't merge, in KH3D, when Sora is falling into darkness and Ventus's armor seemingly saves him, it would appear that Ventus did that consciously, which would mean he kinda has his own heart under complete control, and they haven't merged.

I don't think that their hearts can merge. Ven's heart is only resting in Sora's. When it heals then Ven will wake. The bigger question is will Ven remember anything?

As others have said, their separation is unlikely to affect Sora so drastically. Perhaps there will be a few noticeable personality changes.After all, Ventus's personality seemed to have been affected by Sora's in Birth by Sleep. They shared several mannerisms, convictions, and character traits.

Though it's hard to say whether or not it wasn't really Sora being affected by Ventus all along...

However, their hearts still seem to be separate, despite their dependence on one another.I'm personally more concerned about Ventus's heart once it is no longer being safe guarded by Sora. Will he manage on his own with a damaged heart? Will Vanitas's half be restored as well?And what happens to Sora's heart if Roxas and Xion's hearts have also been freed from inside him? That, to me, sounds like it would damage Sora's heart far more than the loss of Ventus's heart.Still, anything could happen. It leaves room for a lot of interesting speculation.

That's a good question, but we do know that Ventus' heart triggered the image of Vanitas in DDD so that suggests he does have at least some of his memories.

Riku  (pardon me, Master Riku) could do it safely. In BbS, one of the Xehanort Reports state that Keyblade masters can remove, transplant, and manipulate other peoples hearts. This was shown first when he created Vanitas, then again when he transferred his heart into Terra and it was implied that he was the one who removed Aurora's heart, not Terra. (I say it was implied because while he did state Terra didn't have that ability he never said he had done it himself. So for all we know it could have been a Master we know nothing about, although that is highly unlikely).

 

It was never said whether a Keyblade of Peoples Hearts, the kind Xehanort has, was required, but if it isn't Riku could safely return Ven's heart from within Sora, possibly re-creating Roxas, and maybe even Xion,. in the process, all without harming Sora.

If you read the plot of Kingdom Hearts 3 it said that Sora, Donald, and Goofy will be going on a quest to search for The Key To Return Hearts. I think that item or Keyblade will have the power to return people's hearts without turning the person into a heartless and nobody.

And that's how you would get a T rating in a KH game, have Sora eating hearts. "A dream is a wish the heart makes" ~Cinderella. Now if you have two hearts or more hearts, it would just make sense to have multiple ones effect dreams. Do either of the hearts share memories? I don't know. BUT there is extra lenience in dreams!

Hmm, a serious post on how to get Ven to wake up. Well Ven is in the same state Kairi was in in KH, so obviously Sora needs to collect all princess of heart, forge the keyblade of heart, and then stab himself again with the intention of freeing Ven's Heart.

Merging is done voluntarily. To force a heart to merge with another one you need darkness and I don't think Ven and Sora have that much darkness and I don't they will merge voluntarily.
