My guess is

Ven:15

Aqua:17

Terra:17

I think Terra and Aqua are old enough to be adults. Maybe 20-23. Ven, probably 15-or16.

Ventus is 14 because during the Disney Town passes scene he said specifically two grown ups. Considering you aren't really an adult until you are 16 in Japan, it rules out any age above that.  He also sounds too young and immature to be 15, which puts him at 14, since he acts so much like the 14 year old Sora.

Aqua is 17, just above being a rightful adult.  It puts her right outside the range of any romantic interest with Ventus and more of an older sister than anything. 

Terra has some years on Aqua and so he should be 19.

I know Terra's meant to be the oldest and to me he looks closer to Axel/Lea's age and Lea is meant to be mid twenties so he could be as old as 25, though he's probably closer to twenty. I'd say Aqua's between 18 and 22 and Ven's around 15.

I think Ven sounded and acted quite young because he had no memories of his past and plus had no darkness in his heart so he basically possessed almost child-like innocence. Also in Japan you aren't truly considered an adult until you are 20 so Aqua and Terra are probably older than you think as well. Though this is just speculation.

I'd say Ventus looks 14/15 between KH and KH2, and Roxas' age at the same time. Roxas and Ven are identical so... you catch my drift

Also, he's not really that immature... And wants people to stop treating him like a kid

Well, Roxas was created from Sora's Physical body, so we know by KH2 he's physically 15 years old.
