Utada for Kingdom Hearts III?

So, I heard that Utada refused to sing in Kingdom Hearts III because Disney doesn't pay her. To me, Utada is definitly a big part of Kingdom Hearts and I think she should return with a new song to finish the Dark Seeker Saga. So do you guys think she will return for the next chapter? Do you think Utada's music plays an important part in the KH series and finally what theme song would you like Kingdom Hearts 3 to have? I would like it if the theme song was Final Distance.

i'd like her to return for KHIII but if she doesn't, im sure SE will just use an instrumental song for the intro. If that happens I hope they use Fate of the Unknown.

I doubt that she won't return, but honestly the theme song probably isn't as high of a priority as making the actual game itself.

But yeah I think its a big deal, definitely for me, and she should do a song at least to finish the saga...but if not then I don't know...

Me too. Actually, they should play the theme for "The Dunwich Horror". Or maybe a combination of both...if you want to hear what it sounds like, here it is;

If she doesn't want to work for Disney, that is her choice. I don't want her to return to KH because it would undermine why she left in the first place.

 

Personally, I would really like to see the singer in "Run Away" from the TWEWY soundtrack to sing for KH. Her voice is amazing and her English is perfect. It wouldn't take much to have her since she's already worked for SE.

I'd hope she returns since her music's been in all of them.  But if she refuses because she wants more pay I won't see a point in complaining about who replaces her.  I'd like to think she'd wanna do it to finish the MX saga for the fans, not because of a huge check cheque.

It would be great if she came back, but she chose not to work with Disney. And if she were to come back now, she'll be kind of a hypocrite, y'know? So, her coming back to Kingdom Hearts is her choice.

I would like her to write a new song, but it is most likely she won't return. I'm certain the theme for KH III would be an epic remix of 'Simple and Clean' or 'Passion'. It's been in all the other games already.

I would like for her to return. It doesn't have to be permanent. Just 1 song every numbered title, which we know is a few years apart. Also, she complained about changing her songs into english didnt really feel like her work because there are changes in it, so I'd just like the japanese version in the english verson of the game(but of course that wont happen).
