When Lea died and Axel was made, Axel remembered his time as Lea. When Axel died and Lea became recompleted, he remembered his time being Axel. Whereas Sora shares memories with Roxas and Xion, but they're memories are a complete separate happening from Sora, not to mention they all existed at the same time at one point.
