You can create an accelerated time field around yourself, making you faster and adding more force to your physical attacks. If you get hurt you can accelerate time around the injury making it heal quickly or better yet, reverse time so it's like it never happened. You could also turn your enemies into feeble old geezers or crying little babies. Or just kill or "debirth" them. So that would be mine. I'm just saying that it's a situational thing and that a passive ability will always beat out an active one for reaction time, even if you have a strategic advantage, a passive thing will always win.
