I'm not super concerned about appearances as much as I am personality and backstory. If people want to, they can elaborate about their looks on their character sheets.

Personality: Strong, Willing, Brave, Calm

 

History: My parents died when i was still very young, I only know what they look like through photos and descriptions, ive been told they have died in an accident climbing Death Mountain. I was born in Kakariko village with my sister Kate. Since they're deaths she has raised me and we make are  money and food by cropping and breeding animals. Ive always  wanted to leave the boring routine but never could. then one day, it seemed like the world went to hell. the gorons were dying of starvation, our crops have grown dry, and it seems Dampe the grave keeper has gotten weaker everyday. And then there was something coming, the feared beast the hero had slain, Ganon was returning and then, people were dying, the land was flooding, my sister had been imprisoned.   And just like that, i left. i knew there was nothing left for me here. i took all of my belongings and ran through the lost woods looking for somewhere to stay. but i fond something much better. Growing tired i nearly fell off a ledge, i tripped and saw strange, strange images. i landed on a scrubs flower and then i saw a pathway. there was nowhere else to go so i followed it Long story short I nearly killed myself 6 times anyway, before i knew it, i was in some short of clock tower. I pushed open the heavy doors and there it was. a new world. a better world.

Tentatively, not accepted. The Water Bending is kind of OP. Basically, I'm using Link as the gauge for powers in this universe. If it's something that Link can't do, than no one can do it. 

 

Also, the relationship as Link's best friend is a bit iffy. Link falls into town on his own, and part of the interest within Termina is that Link doesn't know anyone. So I don't think having someone as his best friend in this scenario adds up. And also, I always find that giving one character a sort of spotlight position next to the hero is sort of unfair to the rest of the players.

 

And to answer your questions: because I don't believe appearances matter that much, and only one character per person.

History: Rick is a citizen of Clock Town who has a great interest in the moon. When he saw it getting closer to the town one day, he wanted to see how close it could get to possibly falling. This begins his watching of the moon from many places.

Think about it, it makes sense. Dave has a specific plan for the mystery he wants us to solve, and a connection to Link could wreck it. Also, foul language displays nothing more than inadequate vocabulary. Next time try " the decision to revoke my request was unfounded because... (Insert your reasoning here)."

History: Yuka was abandoned as a child by her parents, and lived a kind of mysterious existence. She was left to fend for herself on the streets, and managed to survive. She picked up a few tricks, like stealing, conning, lying, the whole works. She became a well known character of the town, and somehow never got in trouble for what she did, probably because she was so young, partially because she almost never got caught. This is how she's lived for the last years of her life.

Items/ Weapons/ Important Belongings: A stolen short sword, wields it backhand. A bow and arrows. A special golden mask she stole off a traveler that allows her to become more acrobatic and reach difficult places with jumps and flips.

Accepted. As for the mask, I'll give it the thumbs up on the condition that the mask plays like the Bunny Hood, where the acrobatic boost is noticeable, but not to the point of leaping tall buildings.
