Zion held one blade out telekinetically, spinning it fast. Attack blocked, Xion came hurtling into view, having not see the attack. Zion diverted, catching her as Oriana covered them with her shield.

"Falling for me again?"

"Can't stop." Xion quipped back before Curaga hit. The two then flew up to the Guardians.

"Hey. Bright side! There's no army of evil trying to oill us!" Zion said with a grin, Keyblades out...annoyed her helmt hlocked her face.

"So. Whats the plan?"

Facilier's eyes widened as Celas's dark flame shot out at him. He tried to bring the giant masks in the way before the flame got closer, but it was too late. He jerked to the side and the flame hit him in the shoulder. He yelled out in pain and hit the ground. The masks faded away."No!" He yelled, using his good arm to shot black/purple flames of his own at Celas. "Not again!"

 

Celas was surprised at the Doctor's reaction.

"I see...I suppose I was right about that little trinket of yours"

It was by sheer luck that Celas managed to dodge the Doctor's attack but she was not unharmed. There was a wound on her right arm, hidden under her sleeve.

"Well Shadow Man, I know what your weakness is now, prepare to fade into the darkness!"

she then ran towards the Doctor, pointing her Keyblade at him and shooting dark flames trying to destroy the Doctor's amulet.

Zion had a point, one that Cody realized as he calmed down. His right eye glowed a little less brightly as the vein of light that connected his rifle to his heart via left arm started to fade away. "You're right, Zion." he cooly replied as he noticed a small crack on his lens, "Looks like I got overzealous." Calling upon his nobody specialization, his Aegis Wingblades started to materialize on his back as he started to glow faintly. "Watch out for the other Princesses" he warned Luna, "and find their Guardians. I got a bone to pick with this Xatsuno."

 

As his wings fully materialized, he leapt into the air, creating a small dust cloud aided by the wingblades as he got up to several hundred feet above the battleground. Spotting Xatsuno's head, he aimed his arrow-rifle at it before pulling the trigger. Luna meanwhile, thanks to her fighting style decided to try and strike him. Knowing full well of her capabilities, she felt confident that Xatsuno could be dispatched before the princesses get in any real danger here.

All three of Ienzo's copies burst into paper as Xatsuno's attacks hit. The original managed to put up a barrier in time to block Xatsuno's attacks.

"Anytime would be great." He said into his communicator before shutting it down and putting it away.

He then summoned his book again, and fired from it the same spells Xatsumo had used at the dark creature.

"I was having a phone conversation and you intrupted. How rude."

 

Doctor Facilier tried to move to avoid Celas's dark fire, but wasn't fast enough this time. The amulet shattered into several pieces and burned his chest. He first yelled in pain then fear as a drumming got louder and louder. He tried to scrabble away, but the masked he had used before appeared behind him with some sort of portal.

"Please, not again!" He pleaded.

An invisible force seemed to grab him and pull him towards the portal.

"Help me!" He yelled at Celas, clawing at the ground for a way to anchor himself. "I'll do what ever you want, just save me!"

 

Lumiara continued slicing his way through the heartless in his path. He noticed a fluctuation in the battle happening with the Xehanort lackey. Maybe Ienzo's little friend was actually winning. A moment later, most of the heartless he was fighting vanished, leaving only a few shadows left. He moved to end them, but skidded to a stop as somethings flashed past his head and hit the shadows, destroying them. He turned and grinned.

 

Dilan placed the point of the spear in the Queen of Hearts's near.

"Where is Alice?" He asked her again.

The Queen of Hearts looked around at her fallen cards.

"I don't have the miserable little girl! She bellowed. "She was heading for the Hatter and Hare's tea party when my troops lost her!"

"Thank you, your highness." Dilan said, pulling back his lance.

With his winds to aid him, he flipped back off the Queens's plateform and headed into the woods. Alice would make two.

Celas was watching in amazement how the Doctor was being dragged away."Help you? After all the troubles you caused me?" she laughed. "Silly Shadow Man I think you should go with your friends, that way you will have so much fun"she then pointed her Keyblade at the masks, shooting chains of darkness towards them and binding them and making the portal smaller."But before you go I have something for you" she said as she walked towards the Doctor, kneeling in front of him. "You told me I could make people understand Darkness is not bad but that is going to be hard even for me" she said while taking a deck of cards from under her sleeve and shuffling them. "I wanted to give you this when you finished talking since I could see into your future" she picked off two cards and showed them to the Doctor. "The Tower? Ah...look at that. This card is used as an omen of doom and disaster, looking at you right now makes me think it was right" she then showed him the other card. "The Death. Now that is more interesting."She then tossed the cards at the Doctor and smiled."Have fun with your friends on the other side. If you manage to return then I am sure we will meet again" she turned around and ran while the chains of darkness vanished and the portal returned to normal.

Xatsuno laughs at Ienzo and Luna's attempts to fight back. He charges up Darkness inside of his body as he glows purple. He is about to do something very powerful. He then speaks to Luna and the others by saying. "If you think that your fighting capabilities are going to harm me.... You are VERY MISGUIDED!" Shouted Xatsuno, as he prepares to attack Luna and her allies. Xatsuno then fires lasers from his body nonstop at Luna, Ienzo, Sarah, and Cody in a similar fashion to what Xemnas did in his desperation move in Kingdom Hearts 1 Final Mix..

"Ori!" Ahe shouted.

As Zion slid in front of Luna, Dawnguard shield out, Oriana's ghostly figure appeared before Cody, her own mighty shield out.

Togetger, they took the brunt of the attack, but soon both began to falter as it continued mercilessly.

"Heart Sync: Two Fronts!"

Ori's heart left Zion, and their armor disappeared in a flash of light. The two continued their steadfast defense, and Xion was peoud to see how they did.

But as she started ro rise from her crouch beside Luna...the shields broke. For the first time in their lives, Dawnguard had failed.

But the two took the full brunt of the blows.

 

For their friends.

 

And, as the attack came to a stop, Oriana returned to Zion..who fell to her knees, then fell onto her side. Her body was smoking, and her cheek showed a fresh burn.

The torn clothes only enforced the truth...that Zion had fallen.

 

Xion screamed, throwing xherself over Zion, begging the girl to speak to her. She promised many things, just to hear Zion's voice.

 

But Zion did not respond.

Facilier screamed and clawed at the ground as he was dragged through the portal. He pleaded for his life as the portal closed with an almost audible boom. A very final kind of sound.

From the door came the sound of clapping.

"Oh, that was sooo evil." Said a woman's voice.

Standing in the doorway was a blond woman in an organization coat, with two antennae like strands of hair sticking up above the rest. She smiled at Celas.

"I didn't know heroes could have so much fun."

She stepped out of the doorway to let Lumiara in, his scythe resting on a shoulder.

"Ah, good work...Celas, wasn't it?" He asked. "You certainly have Elenar's respect."

 

"Then let's see how good you are against yourself." Ienzo called to Xatsuno as he put up a reflect spell to send Xatsuno's lasers back at him, hitting him for their full damage.

Ienzo jerked his head around when he heard Xion scream. When he saw Zion was down, his features hardened.

"That was a mistake, Xatsuno." He said in a clam voice.

He waved his hand and two copies of him appeared around Xatsuno and attacked him with copies of Zion's Keyblades.

 

From the view of the computer room in Ansem The Wise's castle, there was a wild torrent of darkness, then Even and a large apparatus appeared in the giant room beyond. He quickly set to work hooking up a few hoses together.

"Tron!" He yelled. "Authorization code, plural beta sigma!"

"Code excepted." A voice boomed over head. "How can I help you, User Even?"

"Status of dark build up outside?"

"Darkness reaching dangerous levels."

Even cursed as he finished his preparations. He had hoped to test this more before stitching it on. He had also hoped to have some princesses to hook up to it, but that was coming.

He did have the orb Dilan had obtained from Threek's corpse and that was worth something. He stuck the orb into the device in a slot designed for it. The machine started humming.

 

Cinderella hummed to herself as she busied herself with the castle's business. Since her marriage to her prince, she had been keeping herself busy, because otherwise, she'd just feel useless. She was about to go see the cook when she heard a voice behind her.

"Cinderella?" It said.

She turned to see a man in a dark coat.

"Yes?" She asked.

"You are needed." Dilan told her.

Xatsuno get's thrown into a wall, but he moves around his enemies, and creates up to ten clones of him, and some of them go at Ienzo's clones. Xatsuno teleports behind Ienzo and slashes him nonstop. A few more of the clones attack Sarah viciously with balls of Darkness, but she blocks all of them while casting Firaga at them. Aero and Tyler arrive at a shelter of sorts, and Tyler looks at Aero with concern on his face. He then speaks to Aero by saying. "Aren't you coming?" Asked Tyler, asking Aero if he is hiding with him. Aero nods and speaks to Tyler by saying. "No.... I would... But.... I need to do this... I understand your concern...But I've got a bone to pick with Xatsuno... And Sarah is left fighting him with some other people.... I feel some kind of aura from you.. Tyler, embrace your dreams.. No matter what happenes.." Said Aero, bidding Tyler a possible final farewell. Tyler nods slowly and waves good bye as he runs into the shelter, as Aero teleports to the towns quare and Xatusno notices Aero, and switche stargets, and runs at him. Aero and Xatsuno clash with each other, locking their Keyblades in combat.

Celas came to a sudden stop when she hear someone speaking. Slowly realizing who the source of the voice was, then another person showed up. Larxene and her partner in crime, Marluxia, or rather their somebodies Elenar and Lumiara."Yes my name is Celas" she nodded "I should say that I'm flattered to have earned Elenar's respect but what about yours Marluxia's somebody?"she raised an eyebrow then looked at Elenar."I think you misunderstood the situation." she shook her head. "I am no hero, I'm just someone who wants to bring back the balance between Light and Darkness" Celas said while looking at her side. "A nobody you could say"

As Xatsuno sent his laser shots, Cody immediately went to counter with one of his own. "Two can play at that game!" he shouted as his arrow-rifle charged again to let off another relentless beam assault. But before he could pull the trigger, Oriana's ghostly figure appeared right between him and Xatsuno. "Wha-?" before he could even register what just happened, their own defenses shattered from the enemy's attack. As Oriana returned to Zion, he was able to spot their scars and realize the extent of their injuries.

 

As Luna rushed to heal them, Cody let off a scream that sent chills down Luna's spine. In a rather stunning turn of events, an extraordinary thing occurred as Luna looked up to him: Unable to contain his emotions, his heart shattered into 3 and from the remaining two, his heartless and nobody started to materialize from the fragments. It was an anomaly, since he didn't turn the keyblade against himself and Luna could only guess at what this could mean. With the wingblades duplicated for the nobody Sentinel, he immediately started to descend to Zion and Luna, sending off 2 wingblades in the process. Cody, miraculously still whole and with wingblades of his own, detached ten of the wingblades before they forming a ring around him, then started sending white laser beams towards the Xatsuno clones. With only one still standing, the heartless Striker, who didn't have any wings, started to fall to the ground but turned it to his advantage as he streamlined his body, both keyblades pointed forward and aimed at the real Xatsuno. As he thought out his response to the others, it became apparent that they were cut off from one another, their collective conscious communication not working. What the? We'll have to regroup and find out what the hell is going on.

 

Meanwhile..... at Cinderella's castle. 

Upon hearing Dilan's request, Nocturnal Guardian "Selene" Zero-Seven stepped out from the shadows. "Who are you?" she politely asked, her keyblade slung across her back, "and what do you want with the Princess?" At that moment, she noticed her silver bracelet pulsate red for a brief moment, before the golden letters "IV" glowed in the center. Nocturne in trouble....

((Wall of Text incoming. I also JUST found out the name Oriana meant sunrise. I'm so good I didn't even know it ))

 

Xion cast curaga after curaga with Luna, and soon Zion's closed look like they got mauled by a few lions. Zion kept shaking her, until her eyes finally, thankfully, opened.

But Zion didn't smile, didn't make some pithy quote.

 

Zion started to cry.

 

While in a coma

 

She was standing. On the clocktower.

Like those three did a lot.

"Why am I..."

"Zion."

The annoyingly proper British voice caused her to look out across the sky, where Oriana's obaque, full figure hung.

"Ori...?"

"We did it Zion...but my heart cannot continue."

"What?" She looked confused. "But Ori...we did it?"

"At great cost." She started the crystalize...just like Xion did. "Wait, Ori!"

"I was created from your deepest, darkest part of your heart. I took all your darkness, and became whole. And instead of hatred, you showed me...love." The girl smiled. "And then it was inevitable that my heart would be cleansed of it's vile birth and given a new life. But everything is done for a reason. That cleansing, that powerful moment when we saved the Digital World with the DigiDestined...Seraphimon's light. That cleansing light gave me the power to do this."

 

Her body crystalized and exploded, but directly at Zion. The fragments surrounded the girl, twisting and turning, as if forming an outer shell. "From Lightning to T.K. From Aria, all the way to Sanya...all of that hardship, that wish to change, was this ultimate fact...that I had to return to you."The fragments seemed to form an armored exoskeleton for Zion, then began to solidify into a single piece.

"But not as darkness...but as Light."

The crystal melted into Zion, and the jet-black Keyblade called Oathkeeper's Shadow flashed to existance before her.

"The second part of our Keyblade, the Forward Unto Dawn. A promise, that we always would go for tomorrow...But such a dark blade does not befit you."

The very color seemed to melt away, revealing the sunset orange and red Oathkeeper.

"Shadow melts away to show my Redemption."

 

Zion felt Ori's presence start to fade away.

"Oathkeeper's Redemption...I fine name for my last act."

"You knew. You always knew."

Oriana's laugh echoed all around her. "Ever since the Sword of Akasha, when the Collective Unconscious of that world showed me my future. That is why my heart manifested my shield. That is why I personally refered to it as the Ashita no shīrudo. The Shield of Tomorrow."

"You knew I didn't know much of that language you bitch." Zion's eyes were watering. "But -"

"No buts!" Ori's admonishment was...comforting. "You have Cody. You have Luna. You have Sarah Aether, Izzy Summers, and your brother Soren. Most importantly, you have Xion. So rise up, Zion. And remember. I'm always in your heart."

 

As Oriana's presence faded completely, Zion woke up...and began to cry.

 

 

 

But the tears lasted mere moments, as she shakily stood up.

"You killed her." She choked out at Xatsuno. "You killed Oriana."

Forward Unto Dawn, it's true form unleashed, appeared behind her, at a diagonal.

"She was my sister. She always was there..."

Telekinetic ally drawing her Keyblade, it spun,  her face a scary calm. Her other two Keyblades burst to life, combining into Daybreak's Bell. With two double-ended Keyblades, Zion's wings burst to existence.

"I'm not going to let you take another person from me. Not Cody, not Luna. Not Kelsi, and not Xion. You're Purge of the Light should go through a name change."

Her armor burst back to life, a surge of power going through her. Radiance Unleashed should not be possible.

But the heart is a funny thing.

"I think Sunrise...the Day of Sunrise..." Zion lifted into the air as Cody's other halves continued their assault. "That's what Ori's name meant. Sunrise."

 

Zion again charged, covered in golden flames and a golden aura. "Fear the Coming of the Dawn!" She shouted at Xatsuno.

As Xatsuno attacked Ienzo, he disintegrated, exploding with dark fire as he did. One of his copies jumped to one side of a Xatsuno copy and stabbed it through.

"See how fragile reality can be?" Ienzo called out to Xatsuno, as he pulled his fake Keyblade from the copy. "Things are never as they seem."

He tossed away his copied weapon and looked around at the three parts of Cody and the glowing Zion.

"Well, it looks like they should keep you busy. I hope you don't mind if I go see to other things for a bit."

With that, the Cloaked Schemer teleported away as his last copy was destroyed by one of Xatsuno's.

 

"You are certainly off to a good start." Lumiara answered Celas. "I'm just sad I wasn't here to help."

"Your sad?" Elenar quipped. "Your not the one he had control of. I wanted to flay that slime ball alive."

She looked sour for a moment, then shrugged.

"Oh well, I can just hope those 'friends' of his have something worse in store for him."

The Savage Nymph gave Celas a smirk.

"Your pretty smart for staying away from the hero angle. Just do what you do, and crush those that get in your way."

Elenar's words sounded slightly hollow as she finished talking. Though her smirk was still in place, her eyes, just for a moment, mirrored something else. Doubt?

From behind the two former nobodies, Ienzo from a portal.

"Ah, Elenar." He said. "Good to see you made it back."

"Hello, emo." She greeted back.

"The Xatsuno problem dealt with?" Lumiara asked.

"Work in progress." Ienzo answered. "One that could use your help, if you are interested."

The Graceful Assassin smiled.

"I wouldn't mind a crack at the great and powerful dark one." He said.

He nodded to Celas and Elenar then teleported out.

 

"Someone is trying to whip out all light, starting with Radiant Garden." Dilan explained to Selene briefly. "We need the seven princess of heart to stop it. You friends guarding Alice and Belle are already escorting them to the Old Mansion in Twilight Town. I don't suppose you have a way to tell the rest of your number to bring their charges there as well?"

 

Before the Xatsuno copy that destroyed Ienzo's last could engage another target, Lumiara appeared behind him. With a whoosh and a silken sound, the Copy was parted with it's head.

Xatsuno laughs at all opposing him, as he jumps into the air and fires Tempo Firagas at Lumiara, Ienzo and his clones, Aero, Sarah, Cody, Luna, and Xion. Aero and Sarah try to block the attacks heading at them, but get hit by most of them. Xatsuno prepares another attack by having his Keyblade glow with the power of Darkness. He then speaks to everyone opposing him by saying. "You are all SO WEAK!! Did you fools ever know that this Darkness...... Is ALIVE?" Asked Xatsuno, asking a mysterious question about the Darkness in the sky. He shoots a big ball of Darkness into the sky, and gigantic hands of Darkness fall from the sky at Ienzo and his clones, Lumiara, Cody, Luna, Aero, and Sarah. Xatsuno laughs insanely as he speaks to all that is opposing him by saying. "The Princesses of Heart may not be able to stop THIS! Bring them out, and they shall fall!! I shall save the Worlds from the Light, by plunging them in the Darkness! With my original self as their new ruler!!" Shouted Xatsuno, as he talks somewhat like a hypocrite.

You became whole again, do not waste your second chance with lies, those will get you nowhere. You can follow your partner or come with me to retrieve our sleeping Keyblade Wielder. It is your choice"Celas then left the room but before turning on the corner of the hallway she yelled at Elenar."Whatever you choose just remember this. You're nor alone anymore" saying that Celas began her way towards the Chamber of Waking.

"I was created from your deepest, darkest part of your heart. I took all your darkness, and became whole. And instead of hatred, you showed me...love." The girl smiled. "And then it was inevitable that my heart would be cleansed of it's vile birth and given a new life. But everything is done for a reason. That cleansing, that powerful moment when we saved the Digital World with the DigiDestined...Seraphimon's light. That cleansing light gave me the power to do this."

 

Her body crystalized and exploded, but directly at Zion. The fragments surrounded the girl, twisting and turning, as if forming an outer shell. "From Lightning to T.K. From Aria, all the way to Sanya...all of that hardship, that wish to change, was this ultimate fact...that I had to return to you."The fragments seemed to form an armored exoskeleton for Zion, then began to solidify into a single piece.

"But not as darkness...but as Light."

The crystal melted into Zion, and the jet-black Keyblade called Oathkeeper's Shadow flashed to existance before her.

"The second part of our Keyblade, the Forward Unto Dawn. A promise, that we always would go for tomorrow...But such a dark blade does not befit you."

The very color seemed to melt away, revealing the sunset orange and red Oathkeeper.

"Shadow melts away to show my Redemption."

 

Zion felt Ori's presence start to fade away.

"Oathkeeper's Redemption...I fine name for my last act."

"You knew. You always knew."

Oriana's laugh echoed all around her. "Ever since the Sword of Akasha, when the Collective Unconscious of that world showed me my future. That is why my heart manifested my shield. That is why I personally refered to it as the Ashita no shīrudo. The Shield of Tomorrow."

"You knew I didn't know much of that language you bitch." Zion's eyes were watering. "But -"

"No buts!" Ori's admonishment was...comforting. "You have Cody. You have Luna. You have Sarah Aether, Izzy Summers, and your brother Soren. Most importantly, you have Xion. So rise up, Zion. And remember. I'm always in your heart."

 

As Oriana's presence faded completely, Zion woke up...and began to cry.

 

But the tears lasted mere moments, as she shakily stood up.

"You killed her." She choked out at Xatsuno. "You killed Oriana."

Forward Unto Dawn, it's true form unleashed, appeared behind her, at a diagonal.

"She was my sister. She always was there..."

Telekinetic ally drawing her Keyblade, it spun,  her face a scary calm. Her other two Keyblades burst to life, combining into Daybreak's Bell. With two double-ended Keyblades, Zion's wings burst to existence.

"I'm not going to let you take another person from me. Not Cody, not Luna. Not Kelsi, and not Xion. You're Purge of the Light should go through a name change."

Her armor burst back to life, a surge of power going through her. Radiance Unleashed should not be possible.

But the heart is a funny thing.

"I think Sunrise...the Day of Sunrise..." Zion lifted into the air as Cody's other halves continued their assault. "That's what Ori's name meant. Sunrise."

 

Zion again charged, covered in golden flames and a golden aura. "Fear the Coming of the Dawn!" She shouted at Xatsuno.

As Xatsuno attacked Ienzo, he disintegrated, exploding with dark fire as he did. One of his copies jumped to one side of a Xatsuno copy and stabbed it through."See how fragile reality can be?" Ienzo called out to Xatsuno, as he pulled his fake Keyblade from the copy. "Things are never as they seem."He tossed away his copied weapon and looked around at the three parts of Cody and the glowing Zion."Well, it looks like they should keep you busy. I hope you don't mind if I go see to other things for a bit."With that, the Cloaked Schemer teleported away as his last copy was destroyed by one of Xatsuno's.

"Someone is trying to whip out all light, starting with Radiant Garden." Dilan explained to Selene briefly. "We need the seven princess of heart to stop it. You friends guarding Alice and Belle are already escorting them to the Old Mansion in Twilight Town. I don't suppose you have a way to tell the rest of your number to bring their charges there as well?"Before the Xatsuno copy that destroyed Ienzo's last could engage another target, Lumiara appeared behind him. With a whoosh and a silken sound, the Copy was parted with it's head.

Xatsuno laughs at all opposing him, as he jumps into the air and fires Tempo Firagas at Lumiara, Ienzo and his clones, Aero, Sarah, Cody, Luna, and Xion. Aero and Sarah try to block the attacks heading at them, but get hit by most of them. Xatsuno prepares another attack by having his Keyblade glow with the power of Darkness. He then speaks to everyone opposing him. "You are all SO WEAK!! Did you fools ever know that this Darkness...... Is ALIVE?" Asked Xatsuno, asking a mysterious question about the Darkness in the sky. He shoots a big ball of Darkness into the sky, and gigantic hands of Darkness fall from the sky at Ienzo and his clones, Lumiara, Cody, Luna, Aero, and Sarah. Xatsuno laughs insanely as he speaks to all that is opposing him. "The Princesses of Heart may not be able to stop THIS! Bring them out, and they shall fall!! I shall save the Worlds from the Light, by plunging them in the Darkness! With my original self as their new ruler!!" Shouted Xatsuno, as he talks somewhat like a hypocrite.

As Xatsuno made his speech, the Sentinel and Striker could only lower their head and try to figure out his true intentions as they continued about their actions. The sentinel was busying itself guarding Luna, Xion and Zion as she was recovering, and managed to send a detachment of wingblades to assist her as she charged. The striker, after successfully landing a blow on Xatsuno turned around and tried for yet another sonic raid. As he shot out his big ball of darkness, Cody, who was now practically doing the Sentinel's job only better, aimed his rifle at the ball before again, letting off another laser shot. But something was wrong as the ball ignored his attack and continued its merry way towards the sky. As the hands of darkness made their way to the others, the surrounding wingblades targeted each of the hands before seeking them out, embedding itself into them before exploding in a spectacle of light and effectively countering Xatsuno's aerial strike. 

 

"The Princesses of Heart may not be able to stop THIS! Bring them out, and they shall fall!! I shall save the Worlds from the Light, by plunging them in the Darkness! With my original self as their new ruler!!" Cody slowly exhaled as he processed the threat. "Not this world. Not her homeworld. Not now, not ever. As long as I'm still kicking, I will make sure this doesn't happen." With a calmness that was a little nerve-wracking given the current situation, he reloaded and aimed his rifle again at Xatsuno, and squeezed the trigger as the wingblades re-materialized onto his back. As soon as he finished pulling the trigger, he sent 4 wingblades screaming towards Xatsuno.

 

Meanwhile...

"Someone is trying to wipe out all light, starting with Radiant Garden. We need the seven princess of heart to stop it. Your friends guarding Alice and Belle are already escorting them to the Old Mansion in Twilight Town. I don't suppose you have a way to tell the rest of your number to bring their charges there as well?"

 

"So... Stella and Estelles are there. We're usually cut off from the rest of the others, since we're expected to hold our own. But this... this is completely different." She folded her arms as she contemplated the options, but couldn't help noticing the still pulsating red bracelet. "Ok then. I'm going with the princess here, do what you need to do. But so mark my words and I'm sure you've heard this from the others, do anything to harm her, and you'll be very, very sorry."

Alarms beeped as Even worked furiously on the device. He looked up to see a display of what was going on outside. He glared at the displays for a moment, then returned to work. The device wasn't ready to counter act the darkness, but it could be used to affect the darkness already here. He switched on the machine before going back to the calibrations.

 

Outside, the giant hands formed of Darkness began to lose their form as the device, powered by the dark orb, began to exert control over the darkness, lighting the edges with a green color.

Lumiara, twirling his scythe around to deflect Xatsuno's Tempo Firaga, looked up to see the fast devolving hands and the green flickers.

"That better not be the witch." He grumbled before slashing his scythe, sending a crescent of energy at the airborn Xatsuno, trailing rose pedals.

 

Elenar bristled at what Celas said, but offered no reply. As Celas walked off, Elenar heard Ienzo clear his throat.

"All so different, when you get your heart back." He stated.

"Didn't think I'd have to deal with doubt." Elenar replied in an annoyed tone.

Her face fell for an instant.

"Or guilt." She added softly.

Ienzo nodded. He didn't know much about Elenar before she became Larxene.

"Then I suggest you go with your new friend." He said. "A little soul searching with a fresh face never hurts."

The Savage Nymph looked over at Ienzo, her expression back to her usual look of terminal annoyance.

"Not going to recruit me, like you did Lumiara, Zexy?"

"It's Ienzo." He corrected, before handing her a spare communicator. "And the sales pitch can wait."

Elenar took the communicator dubiously, but then nodded.

"Might see you around, short stuff." She said before hurrying after Celas.

It was Ienzo's turn to look sour. Grumbling under his breath about the short stuff crack, he teleported away.

 

"You are right, I will." Dilan shot back. "If anything happens to the princesses, it means we lost."

He nodded to Selene and Belle before leaving.

Xatsuno just laughs as he sees what's going on. He snaps a finger and a total of ten thousand Heartless appear where Even and his machine are. He get's hit by all of the attacks, but he teleports behind Sarah, and throws her at a wall. Aero gasps, but a copy of Xatsuno holds him back, as Xatsuno opens a portal to the Realm of Darkness below Sarah. Sarah looks on in shock, as she is sucked into the portal. Aero then speaks to Sarah by saying. "NO!!! Sarah!!" Shouted Aero, shocked at what he sees. Sarah speaks to Aero and the others by saying. "Don;t worry about me! Keep fighting that Heartless! Don't let it.... Take control!!" Shouted Sarah, telling the others to deal with Xatsuno. Aero looks on crying a little as he speaks to Sarah by saying. "But... You'll...." Said Aero, saddened by what's happening to Sarah. But she speaks ot him by saying. "No buts!! You need to stay strong, Aero!! I'll always be in your Heart! This may be.... Goodbye!" Shouted Sarah, bidding a farewell to Aero. Sarah is completely swallowed up by the portal as he completely closes. Xatsuno speaks to everyone opposing him out loud by saying. "Time told me that you'd try to use something to try to stop  this Darkness! Even if that machine you made is completed, it WON'T hold it FOR LONG!" Shouted Xatsuno, as he reveals how strong the Darkness in the sky is.

As the dark clouds over the town in Radiant Garden started to form again, Cody once again tried to clear the skies. Aiming his rifle upwards, all but two of his wingblades folded and shot out in every direction around him, forming a very wide ring of effect around the town. Channeling out another bottled up emotion, a vein of light trailed from his heart through his arm to the grip of the rifle before he pulled the trigger, and again, another awe-inspiring beam of light was sent to the sky before it formed a massive ball of light within the dark clouds. 

 

Cody let off a prolonged sigh, then let off a whisper. "Overwatch...." In an instant, the wingblades aimed at the orb and shot out beams of light on their own, creating a dazzling geometry of bright white lines in the sky as the beams made contact with the orb. As the wingblades contributed to the build-up, he reloaded his arrow-rifle before shooting a bolt towards the now massive orb of light. Exploding with a force that dwarfed the first one he shot out, the dark clouds above were immediately vaporized as the fallout from the orb started to rain down to the trembling town below. As the cloud of light lingered in the skies above, instead of the usual ice shards, countless lethal arrow-projectiles tipped with light energy blanketed the sky as they started their fall, seeking out one of the innumerable heartless that had now appeared. As the lingering wingblades continued their aerial defense, sending off beams of light towards the stronger heartless, Cody spotted a girl being swallowed by a dark portal below. Acceptable losses... he thought to himself as he reloaded his arrow-rifle and started sending shot after consecutive shot at Xatsuno.

 

The Striker was getting a little cautious at the good luck of managing to land yet another blow on Xatsuno. "Sentinel!" he yelled out to the nobody as he regrouped with him, Luna and Xion. "You know tha-"

 

"I know." the nobody replied, "Thought communications aren't working for me either. I can't reach you or him." he remarked as he pointed to Cody in the sky. "And actually, I was enjoying the peace. Is there a reason for this?"

 

"Did he turn the keyblade against himself?" the nobody shrugged, then both entities looked at Luna.

 

"No... h-he didn't." she worriedly replied, still carrying out her orders of protecting Xion and awestruck at Cody's potential. "What's going to happen to- wait... Look!" She pointed to the boy in the sky, and both entities as well as her were immediately scared at the sight: His heart was glowing, but an aura was emanating from it. A collective "Oh-no" was shared as they also noticed his lens that had covered his right eye was cracked even more than before.

 

"It's too much for him to handle." the Sentinel warned, "If we don't end this battle soon..." he slowly looked at Luna. "We might have a White Contingency on our hands." The striker audibly gulped, unusually worried for his whole counterpart, before quickly replying "Then we better hurry. Stay here and guard Luna, Xion and Zion, assist as needed. I'm going after the big dark over there." Before he could start another attack run on Xatsuno, a blinding flash of light filled his view as the deafening roar of what sounded like thunder filled his ears. Amidst the blinding aftershadow of the flash, the silhouette of Cody's unmistakable keyblade was barely distinguishable, and after recovering his vision, saw him crouched a little away from Xatsuno, his keyblade held out to the side and his arrow-rifle still held in his left hand. "Woah..." was the only word to come out of the Striker's mouth as Cody waited for his sabre blade attack to register on the dark being.

Celas thought about what she said to Elenar."Lies will get you nowhere uh? Perhaps I should have followed my own advice years ago" she thought.Just like the moment she arrived, the castle was a labyrinth, completely twisted and without signs of the goal."I can't believe this...I need to find Ventus and take him out of here, and then going after Aqua in the Realm of Darkness"she was talking with herself when she heard footsteps behind her."Oh? I wonder who is coming, the Nymph or the Cloaked Schemer?"Celas was trying hard to find her way to the Chamber of Waking but to no avail.That's when she remembered the words of her late Master."If reasoning leads you nowhere, then you must trust in your heart, it will show you the way." she smiled when she remembered those words. "Of course, why bother to try and find the Chamber by force when my heart can lead me there" she took a deep breath and began to walk calmly through the hallways, believing that her heart would lead her to her goal.

Even gave the Heartless around him little notice as he fiddled with the machine. The Claymore defense system began eating away at the Heartless numbers. The factory like equipment in the large hall also sprang to life and attacked the hoard as each piece could. Some were teleported to the grid, to meet Tron's disc. Others were burned by laser cutters and other industrial equipment.

The Chilly Academic did look up as some of the Members of The Hallow Bastion Restoration Committee joined the fight, but went back to his work shortly there after. It had taken some smooth talking on Ienzo's part, but there was an understanding between the Committee and the former organization members. Luckily, this was covered by the understanding.

Even tweaked the machine, taking control of some heartless and sending them against others and trying to keep the dark cloud in disarray.

 

Lumiara disappeared and reappeared behind Xatsuno, slashing at his opponent with his scythe. He spotted Cody's Keyblade coming in and got out of it's way. As he did, he noticed what one of Cody's remnants had done to the cloud. He then sought out another Light source.

"Hey!" He yelled to Zion. "Are you going to do anything with that light?"

 

Ienzo stepped from a portal to the main hall of the Old Mansion to check on the Princesses that were gathered there.

 

Elenar finally caught up Celas. She watched the other girl for a moment before speaking.

"So, what are you doing?" She asked.

Aero jumps at Xatsuno, who was hit by Lumiara's attack, and grabs him. But Xatsuno blasts a hole in the ground, creating a tunnel. The entrance the the cavern beneath is sealed off by a barrier. Aero and Xatsuno end up at the core of Radiant Garden, landing on a big rocky land-like platform, with lava erupting a little around them, and the other entrance to the core is also sealed by a barrier. Xatsuno then speaks to Aero by saying. "You have made the biggest mistake of your life... "The Purge Of Light" shall leave a huge wound in the Realm of Light's Space and dimensional pull, causing Light to slowly pour out. The World began in Darkness... And all ends in Darkness... Darkness is supreme, it is the true essence of all life... Now, all must return to the Darkness whence it came... It's inevitable..." Said Xatsuno, preparing to fight Aero again and revealing more about "The Purge Of Light.". Aero clenches his other hand, as he speaks to Xatsuno by saying. "You actually think you can win THIS? Even if I die here, I'll be sure to avenge the people who had fallen... Sarah, Oriana, Sarah's parents, and MY parents... With their wills, you shall be struck down! And put an end to you!" Shouted Aero, telling his vows as he prepares to battle against Xatsuno one-on-one.  (Please don't try to disturb Aero and Xatsuno's fight. Since it is meant to be one-on-one.)

Celas wondered about Elenar's question."What am I doing?" she thought. "I don't even know myself"After a moment she finally spoke."This place used to be a whole world you know. A place of learning for Keyblade Wielders." she shook her head. "Until one day, at the Mark of Mastery Exam of two candidates to be Keyblade Masters. The day that Master Xehanort put his plan into motion."How did it happened she wasn't so sure, but all those years ago her Master promised to return, but she didn't."My reason to be in this place is that I am searching for a room" she looked at Elenar. "A certain room that your "Superior" wished to find. The real reason you were sent here was to find that room, not to take care of Sora or Riku or even the little experiment that Vexen was doing, you know, the Replica Project"Once again she looked forwards, remaining silent for a couple of seconds."In this castle, behind one of the many doors, there is a sleeping boy waiting to be awoken. Perhaps, once you see him, you will understand how the Wheel of Fate began to spin many years ago"Celas stopped when she felt a faint feeling on her chest."We are getting close, I can feel it"

As the innumerable arrow-shots rained down on the sea of heartless below, the Striker and Sentinel had regrouped with Luna, Zion, and Xion. The Sentinel had created an umbrella of sorts for the girls and the Striker with his keyblade wings, sheltering them from the lethal rainfall but was in vain as the arrows deliberately avoided them as well as any straggling civilians who were unfortunate enough not to find shelter yet. Peeking through a small hole in the makeshift wing, the Striker looked through to see the white cloud that Cody had created above was slowly being enveloped by the surrounding dark clouds. He looked over and saw that Cody had noticed the skies as well. 

 

"Don't do it, sir!" the Striker shouted, surprising the Sentinel and Cody as well. "Control yourself! Look at your lens for crying out loud!"

 

"He's right, sir!" the Sentinel chimed in. "Get a hold of yourself. No point in disappearing if we're expecting Kairi here soon enough!"

 

Cody looked at the two newly freed entities before noticing Luna, visibly worried by the anomaly. After a short moment, he decided to regroup with the others.

 

Meanwhile... at the old mansion.

The Guardians of their respective princesses, after a brief little reunion party quickly shifted their focus to the ambush of the darkness. Staying true to their blades and the oath, they all made quick work of the darkness and successfully put it down, leaving the princesses that were gathered there unharmed.

Tom and Xatsuno are seen attacking each other with the powers of Light and Darkness, with Xatsuno casting wave after wave of Tempo Firagas at Aero, who blocks them all, and casts Holy at Xatsuno, which pushes him back. Hordes of Heartless appear in Radiant Garden, looking for people to kill. Two Darksides appear next to Even's machine and go on to try to destroy it. Xatsuno then speaks to Aero by saying. "Don't try to resist, boy!" Shouted Xatsuno, mocking Aero and his actions.
