"Still hunting around, eh?" Facilier's voice echoed through the room Celas was in. "You got a lot of guts to stick around."

 

Celas smiled at the comment."My Master used to say that I was really stubborn and didn't knew when to give up"She looked around trying to find the source of the voice."But I have a couple of things I want to know and maybe you could tell me" she said while crossing her arms. "First...who are you? I'm sure you're not just a visitor who wished to explore this cursed castle. And second...care to enlighten me as to why the being known as "Ansem" was with you a while ago?"

Xatsuno opens a Corridor of Darkness and looks at Lumiara. He smirks evilly at the reaction of Cody and Luna, he can tell that they don't like what he is saying. "Time tells me that the Time to fight you is now now... Time tells me that I shall fight you in Radiant Garden in an event I'd like to call, "The Purge Of Light"... Farewell, for now.. And Remember, the end is inevitable no matter what you do.. The event I just mentioned will play a large role in Xehanort's victory.."

Lumiara stared at where Xatsuno had been with a thoughtful expression."The worlds into darkness." he muttered. "Odd."He turned to the others."Well, another enemy has revealed himself. You Keyblade wielders do seem to rack up on enemies, don't you?"A voice murmured ahead of Severa. It seemed to be calling her name."Still hunting around, eh?" Facilier's voice echoed through the room Celas was in. "You got a lot of guts to stick around."

Off camping with the Boy Scouts, won't be back until Sunday...As Xatsuno left via a dark corridor, Cody let off a scream of frustration. "I knew I should have gone to Radient Garden!" He yelled out to no one in particular, throwing his arrow-rifle onto the floor in frustration. Xatsuno's voice is heard through out the room, saying. "By the way, as to when the event will occur.... You shall find out in due Time.." Said Xatsno's voice, telling them that it isn't the Time for "The Purge Of Light". Aero hears all of this and clenches his fists righter. He then thinks to himself mentally with the following words. "This is bad.. We don't even know WHEN.." Thought Aero, mentally thinking about what Xatsuno said.

Lumiara smiled.

"But another might." He said.

He turned to the others,

"Like the other Xehanort lackey that things he controls this castle. If Xemnas is a good indicator, Xehanort will keep a close eye on his minions and know the timetables. With any luck, the voodoo user will have some answers for us."

 

There was a moment of silence after Celas asked about Ansem.

"Pretty sharp." Doctor Facilier commented, a grudging respect in his voice. "Maybe you'd like to work with me here, eh?"

Celas tilted her head feeling curious about the offer."Work with you? Who knows" she shrugged. "After what your little "friends" did...well...let's just say I have my doubts"After a couple of seconds in complete silence Celas finally spoke."But I have to admit I am curious about this offer, perhaps you could tell me what you have in mind and we'll see" she said while taking off her hood.

With a flash of light, Xion and Zion dropped onto Cody's head. Again

Groaning, Zion rolled off him. "Sorry about that...think my Dawn Gates are drawn to you." She dinished sheepishly, yanking Xion up.

Brushing her girlfriend off, Zion looked around. "So. What did we miss as we got stuck in some very familiar room that we won't talk about?" she said brightly, causing Xion to blush.

-Will you please not act so bubbly at times Zion? Please-

"Aww. But Ori!"

Zion poutd, causing a chuckling Xion to hug her. "So, again. What did we miss?"

Meanwhile, deep within the Realm of Darkness, a huge black-colored palace is seen on a mountain, veins of Darkness can be seen on the towers of the palace. Inside the throne room, Xatsuno is seen sitting on a throne, watching everything going on in Castle Oblivion on an orb of Darkness which acts as a screen. He smirks evilly as he sits back on his throne. He then thinks to himself mentally with the following words. "There is nothing that these fools can do..... What Time has in store cannot be avoided.....They can try, but will end in failure... It is amusing to watch, though.. Time also tells me to make an huge army of Heartless of all kinds for "The Purge Of Light".." Thought Xatsuno, mentally thinking about what he's going to do. Aero is seen clenching his fists some more, thinking about how Xatsuno appeared, and mentioned "The Purge Of Light" in front of him and the others.

(Just going to throw Sylar elsewhere now that Xigboss is officially gone)

 

Severa heard the voice up ahead. "Hope that's a friendly," she muttered softly. She drew her blade as a precaution though. She ran forwards toward the voice.

 

Sylar smirked ever so slightly. He had traveled to the Realm of Darkness after Cade's mysterious disappearance. He had told Ienzo that he was going there to hunt for both Master Aqua and any information he could gain. The mercenary just happened upon this quite large castle. Knowing such a structure was out of place in a place of such endless darkness and chaos, Sylar snuck his way in. Finally he had made his way to the rafters by enhancing his jumping and climbing abilities with darkness. It was his luck that Xatsuno was in the throne room below. It was then that he had smirked. Now, he should wait, see if anything particularly interesting happens. If he does get caught, he can try and fight, or run, depending on this guys strength. But for know he laid in wait in the rafters above the throne room.

Xatsuno looks up at the ceiling, and into a rafter, and sees Sylar, and smirks evilly. He can tell that he infiltrated his castle, looking for Aqua. He folds his arms as he looks on at him. He then speaks to him by saying. "Ah, Sylar, I see you've come to find Aqua, as Time itself had told me... But, even if you are here to fight me, it'll have no impact on what's in store of what happens in the events that Time had told me.." Said Xatsuno, greeting Sylar.

Hey Rikunobody!!! PLOT TWIST if you don't mind xD"That's it!" Cody screamed after retrieving his arrow-rifle and placing his right hand over his left wrist bracelet, "I'm sorry Luna but this takes priority! I'm overriding your powers of leadership on grounds of this newly discovered information!" He started to glow faintly as the teleportation bracelet started to get a lock on Kairi back at Destiny Islands. His gummi ship was parked there, which he would need to get to Radiant Garden. Since she wasn't in any danger at the moment, the bracelet was taking longer than usual to complete its job, giving Luna time to try and reason with him. "What about finding Master Aqua and Ventus?!"

 

"Forget it! This is an imminent threat that must be dealt with, now!"

 

"But, what about your mission?!"

 

"This needs a DIRECT intervention! Me going with you was in indirect one!"

 

As a white orb started to envelop Cody, Luna looked at Lumiara and the others before deciding that they could take care of things from here on out. Just mere moments before he teleported back to Kairi, she ran towards and hugged him, sending her along for the ride as the teleport finally completed.

 

Kairi and the others were on the paopu islands, enjoying their time together. Since she wasn't in any danger he teleported near and behind her instead of right next to her, conveniently over the shallow waters that surrounded the mini-island. Floating in the air for a moment, he was able to look down before seeing that it was gonna be a wet entry. Maneuvering his body to enter the water as silently as possible, Luna mirrored him as they dropped. Thankfully not raising any attention from her, the dual Guardians made their way towards the coastal sands of the main island. "Follow me, Luna. I know where my ship is" he whispered, aware that Sora, Riku, and Kairi were still within earshot range. As they headed towards a thicket of palm trees, the unmistakable paint job of his gummi ship reflected what little of sunlight that poked through the canopy of palm leaves above. 

 

Moments before entering the ship, Zion and Xion decided to drop by. Literally. As Cody faceplanted the soft sands under him, Luna could only laugh as his unfortunate takedown. "Why me?" she heard him say. "Sorry about that...think my Dawn Gates are drawn to you. So. What did we miss as we got stuck in some very familiar room that we won't talk about?" Luna managed to calm down a bit before deciding to ask, "Do you two have a history together? I find it odd that you two know each other, and... well with what just happened." 

 

Cody was spitting out some of the sand before breaking the playful atmosphere. "I've decided to pull an override on her. I'm going to Radiant Garden. Something about a 'Purge of the Light', and I want to stop that. You in?"

"Anyways. Saving Radiant Garden? Let me inform Kelsi and meet you there. Cody. Take Xion. The Dawn will be a target. She's a planrt sized warship after all."

Giving Xion a kiss to make Luna jealous, Zion disapleared, leaving herin the care of the Nocturnal Guardians.

(heh, if I minded other people's plot twists, I would put this in the fanfic section. Go for it.)Facilier smiled at Celas."Keeping you cards close." He commented, taking a deck of cards from his coat. "I can respect that."He shuffled the cards as he continued to speak."I'm just trying to get on the gravy train before it leaves the station. Xehanort wants to take control of Kingdom Hearts and is looking for some people to help. Rumor is that he's looking for a '13th Darkness.' Well, with the kind of power he's promising and him helping me with my friends on the other side, I figured it was worth trying to get on his good side. That's when I find he's got a few cards short, if you know what I mean. But you? Well, let's see."He stopped shuffling and picked off the top card. On it was a simple drawing of Celas with a black heart. "You are a darkness user, like me, like Xehanort, though you're trying to be nice with it."He flipped the card around and the picture changed to add people around Celas with white hearts, looking like they were shunning her."Thought, that don't get you much respect with the Light heroes. But maybe you could change that."He flipped the card again, this time it showed Celas looking heroic and the white hearted people bowing and smiling at her."If you were the one who defeated Xehanort, they could see that Darkness isn't so bad after all. That's where I can help you. You and me can take down the old man and take control of his little operation with out much fuss."Lumiara scoffed as Cody, Luna, Xion and Zion teleported away."Looks like dealing with the new 'master' of this place is left to us." He said, turning to Aero and Sarah. "I suppose you are some more of Ienzo's recruits?"A hazy figure seemed to appear at the other end of the room as Severa. It seemed to be solidifying when Even walked through it and it disappeared. He didn't appear to see Severa yet."Hello!" He called, irritation in his voice. "Are you here?"

Cody audibly and visibly gulped as he looked at Xion, realizing at how she looked like Kairi when she was younger. As he let off a troubled sigh, Luna noticed and was unsure how to feel about his reaction. "Anyways. Saving Radiant Garden? Let me inform Kelsi and meet you there. Cody. Take Xion. The Dawn will be a target. She's a planet sized warship after all." 

 

Oooooh, alone with Xion? This will be... interesting. Luna thought to herself as Cody accepted the new responsibilities. "Acknowledged, Zion. See you in a bit. Luna, with me. Xion, if you will, follow me." As he punched a button on the left intake to lower the loading ramp, Luna was almost giddy with the idea of riding along in his gummi ship. being the second best fighter gummi pilot behind Auron Zero-One, this could be a very interesting trip, that's if they run into some heartless on the way to Radiant Garden. After closing the hatch behind them and ascending to the bridge, Cody pointed at the two empty chairs that flanked the main pilot seat and one behind it. "pick one, strap yourselves in. I'm going for a scramble burn here."

 

After completing a quick preflight check and turning on the engines, Cody saluted Zion before pulling the nose of the ship upwards and throwing the throttle stick forward, sending the three of them towards Radiant Garden. As they breached the atmosphere of the world they were leaving, Cody flipped a couple of switches as Victoria, the ship's holographic personification of itself, flickered into life right next to him. "Hmmm" the gentle female voice started, hysterically similar to Xion's voice, "judging by your bearings and speed, ETA to Radiant Garden, 20 minutes. I'm guessing that it's an emergency for the hard burn right now, Nocturne?"

 

"Affirmative." was his cold reply. "Set incoming comm links to open, I'm expecting to be hailed by someone when we get there. Identified as either Zion or... Kelsi! That was it!"

"Understood, sir." 

 

As he leveled the ship and set the autopilot, he snapped his fingers to summon his keyblade armor helmet before placing it on the opposite side of the holographic pedestal. "You're all free to move about the ship now." Luna happily obliged, taking off the seat belt before heading down toward the main crew cabin. "There were rumors that he kept a large supply of Sea-salt ice cream in the freezer in the kitchen here" she told Xion, "wanna go raid it?"

 

"I heard that!" Cody playfully yelled over his shoulder, "those are MINE!" Luna giggled as she ran off down the short flight of stairs that connected the bridge to the cabin. "Well... as long as she doesn't eat all of it. Make yourself at home and relax, Xion. Bathroom and bedroom are connected by the main cabin there. Help yourself to anything. We might be dropping into a warzone soon, so rest up while you can." After glancing at the array of lights on the console in front of him, he too took off his seat belt before turning his seat around.

Xion glared at Victoria, but kept quiet.

 

Once Cody was done speaking, she ran after Luna.

"His AI...why does she sound like me?" She frowned.

 

She also took a bar of sea salt ice cream out of the freezer.

 

Once they were away, Zion dawn gated to the Dawn.

"Mom!"

"What! I was calibra-"

"Need to get ready for a fight at Radient Garden."

 

The Snow's last paused, then turned around.

"Khione's Breath online. Forward Unto Dawn is now entering hyperspace."

 

Buckling up, Zion prepared for the worst.

Xion glared at Victoria, but kept quiet.Once Cody was done speaking, she ran after Luna."His AI...why does she sound like me?" She frowned.She also took a bar of sea salt ice cream out of the freezer.

Happily nibbling on a bar of Cody's personal stash of sea-salt ice cream, Luna had the biggest smile that anyone had ever seen. She felt naughty for raiding his freezer but confirming that the rumors were true was quite humorous to her. She heard the sharp footsteps of Xion quickly approaching her location. "Enjoy the break while it lasts, Xion." Luna warned her. "His AI...why does she sound like me?" She shrugged before replying, "Personally, I think it's a coincidence. He's had that avatar for the AI for as long as I can remember, even during training." She noticed her frown. "I hope you don't find it creepy. But I can assure you, he's had that avatar for quite some time." 

 

Hearing another set of footsteps, she turned around to see Cody walking down the short flight of stairs that connected the room to the bridge. "Hope you're all enjoying yourselves" he told Luna and Xion before grabbing a bar for himself. "I might as well grab one before you two eat it all. Besides, I better enjoy this moment. It just might be my last." 

 

"What do you mean?" Luna asked, worried by the statement.

 

"You heard that guy. 'Purge of the Light.' I don't want to lose anyone, especially you two. But you know, given my nature and the fact that Xion..., well in case something happens, get her out of there, ok Luna?."

"You can't be serious about believing that guy, Cody."

"You never know, Luna. Honestly, I'm just worried about Xion."

"I don't blame you. Especially given her appearance." 

 

Almost as if scaring him away, Cody did an immediate about face and threw away the empty popsicle stick before heading back to the bridge and leaving Luna with Xion. "So" she started, jumping on the opportunity, "I've seen you and Zion together. Any advice or suggestions on how I can make him... ya know, not 'cookie cutter super soldier' and more like... well, a lover? It seems like the only time he ever gets soft is whenever Kairi or you are around. It's not fair..."

Aero and Sarah look right at Lumiara and nod their heads. They can tell that he may have been informed about them. Aero folds his arms as he looks on at Lumiara. Sarah then speaks to Lumiara by saying. "Yes, we are.. My name is Sarah and that's my boyfriend, Aero.." Said Sarah, introducing herself and Aero.

Lumiara studied Aero and Sarah a moment before nodding.

"Alright then, Sarah and Aero," he said. "As we go, I want as much as you can tell me about your dark friend."

The Graceful Assassin inwardly smiled. He didn't fully understand why, but he felt sure this Xatsuno was going to be an important piece to control in the future. And he was sure he could take control of him from the old man.

Aero looks right at Lumiara with a stern look on his face. He isn't sure if he should even tell him about Xatsuno. He folds his arms as he stares at him with Sarah looking on. He then speaks to Lumiara by saying. "The "Tablet of Light and Darkness" which I recovered a week ago starts out like this... A long Time ago, there was a kind King, who was said to be the most kindhearted man of his Kingdom.. People respected him as their "Savior Of Light"... One day, there was a clash between the King and his archenemy, a king from an opposing Kingdom... In the middle of the battle, the God of Time appeared to try to stop the battle, however, the Dark King attacked and severely injured him.... However, the "Savior" was able to kill the Dark King, by absorbing him into his body... He healed the God of Time, who thanked him, and gave him his powers over Time and disappeared.... Since that day forward, the "Savior" was declared a hero, and the Kingdom's "God".... However, slowly, the Dark King's influence began to affect him, causing him to become as bad as him, he corrupted his entire Kingdom.... Except for one boy, a boy also blessed by the God of Time... After the Kingdom was corrupted, a huge war broke out.... It was a terrible and terrifying conflict.... During the conflict, the "Dark Savior" eventually split himself into the Heartless known as Xatsuno, and a Nobody, which were the very first two Heartless and Nobodies to be born... When hope was nearly lost, the boy entered the battle, helping the remains of the other Kingdoms fight back... The boy defeated Xatsuno and Nobody, and sacrificed himself to seal them both away in crystals.... However, the boy died in the process, not before declaring to share his power with his direct descendant, if the two fiends ever dared to break free from their seals... As Time passed on, Xatsuno and the Nobody broke free form their prisons, and began to go into hiding to plan their next plan... That's how Xatsuno came to be..." Said Aero, revealing Xatsuno's origins.

Xion paused."Well...me and Zion...itw as complicated. I wasn't into girls, so here tactcis aren't up your alley. I guess...when she kissed me, right before she did something that was utterly stupid, completely moronic, and entirely sweet..."Pasuing, Xion sighed. "The heat of that moment. The moment you think they'll die, when there is no way that youc an see that they will live...that precious moment when you are sure there is no way they'll live, no way they will make it back to you...you kiss them. Or they kiss you. And...you'll know. I can't describe the feeling. But both of your hearts seem to...synchronize. You feel what they feel. They feel what you feel. It's brilliant, brief. But it's there. it's a moment in time that both your hearts will tell you 'yes' at the same exact time."She finished her ice cream, then stared at the stick. "It's not actuallity. It's more of a feeling. But once you feel it, you can't let it go. And when they come back to you, and hopefully are concious enough to make a really pithy quote...you kiss them again. And then you go from there."She then leaned in closer. "Though, between you and me, I'd slap him now, tell him you love him, then do the kiss during the inevitable fighting and his idiotic sacrificial charge. If that doesn't work, then all i can say is...his heart's on someone that is unatainable."She smiled softly, then leaned closer. "Though, if that happens, I'm sure Zion won't mind sharing." She teased Luna, stealing a bite from her ice cream.Xion then sighed softly. "Sorry. I...kinda miss Zion now. She's always touching me. my hand, my arm. Arms around my waist. I'm so used to her clinging to me, never wanting to let me go like Roxas had to..." She smiles yet again. "That also won me over. The little things she did before the kiss. Ice cream, dinner. She even bought me flowers....I guess, what I'm trying to convey, is you can't wait for the person you want, no matter how badly they ignore you, you have to make them notice you. You have to fight for their attention; waiting will never yield results."

Celas was listening to Facilier with interest."You are right, I am a Denizen of the Realm of Darkness" she looked at the ground. "And I did suffer for it, I was hated by everyone and all, except for my parents of course."she smiled and nodded."That was until the heartless came and took everyone away and left me all alone...but then...my Master found me and gave me a purpose"she then laughed at what Facilier said and continued to speak."I do not care what others think about the Darkness I possess, I do not care if Master Xehanort is defeated or is the one who actually win this foolish charade.What matters to me is that Kingdom Hearts needs to come back so the Greater World returns to normal. Both Light and Darkness need to be in balance always"Celas then tried to find Doctor Facilier's location."I am curious though. Let's say that I help you to defeat Master Xehanort and the new Organization XIII. Then what? What is your true goal? What is that that your heart truly desire?" she asked Facilier.

Luna listened intently on Xion's response as she tried to tie in Cody with the new information. From the sounds of it, the bond forged from the heat of combat seems to be right up her alley, since that was usually all Cody could normally think about. As she contemplated the scenarios, a smile formed on her face. Maybe there was still a chance after all. "Though, between you and me, I'd slap him now, tell him you love him, then do the kiss during the inevitable fighting and his idiotic sacrificial charge. If that doesn't work, then all i can say is...his heart's on someone that is unatainable."

 

Luna chuckled at the idea, before replying "You know, despite what happened at the castle I think I have no other option." She started to laugh. "He's no different from a pet rock!" 

 

"Though, if that happens, I'm sure Zion won't mind sharing." her smile quickly disappeared. "What do you mean, Xion?"

 

 "Sorry. I...kinda miss Zion now. She's always touching me. my hand, my arm. Arms around my waist. I'm so used to her clinging to me, never wanting to let me go like Roxas had to... Seeing how you and her act together... I do admit, I'm jealous. I always wished he would hold me the way Zion holds you." She started to blush a little as her imagination took over, before immediately snapping back to reality. "Even though I've been reunited with him for only the past couple of hours, I can already tell that he has changed. It's just..." 

 

She fell silent for a moment. "I'm gonna go have a talk with him. Wish me luck!" And with that, she made her way towards the bridge.

"Because she wants to make sure I arrive safely. The activation of the Forward Unto Dawn is not something you can ignore; she at least needs to know I will be ok while she makes her way to here."

Xion smiled more as Luna held her hand. She missed the tease. She'd clarify to see her reaction later.

 

"Good Luck, Luna." She said to the Nocturnal Guardian, resisting to say something this farmboy turned epic hero and wise dude said to her during a conflict over the planet Anaxes.

"Nothing too devious, I assure you." He said. "My motivation is simple greed. I want to be rich enough to live comfortably for the rest of my life. Maybe have a controlling interest in a little world somewhere, but nothing too flashy."

Xatsuno looks on at the screen with a smirk on his face. He folds arms as he looks on at it evilly. An image of Xatsuno appears in front of Lumiara, looking at him. The image then speaks to him by saying. "The God of Time is not Xehanort, the God looked like a man garbed in armor, with hourglasses around him.... He also had wonderful silver-colored eyes... That's all what Xatsuno wants to tell you.." Said the image of Xatsuno, telling Lumiara about the God of Time. The image then disappears.

Celas nodded."I see" she said. "Well, if you somehow had my help then what? I'm sure that if the Heroes of Light manage to win this conflict then they would search for anything that tries to disturb the Light, namely, you. I am sure you know why I am here, right? she asked. "If I manage to find the sleeping Keyblade Warrior and he somehow wakes up then he will know you are a threat, the same could be said if I manage to free the Keyblade Master that got lost in the Realm of Darkness." she said with a smiled. "I know the first thing she would do if she saw you is to eliminate you."She had to make a choice but she wasn't sure what to do."So tell me. What would you do in case I helped you? How would you keep youself safe from those two Keyblade Warriors and the ones who where here earlier? How would you be safe from Master Xehanort and Organization XIII and more importantly, how would you be safe from the biggest problem of all" Celas crossed her arms. " How can you be safe from Sora and his friends?"
