The Galaga ship is from Namco's Galaga

I still think(even though we've beaten this topic to death) that we can get a Namco character....like Lloyd Irvin

If anything it'll be Pac-Man. I just hope they stick to his classic Pac-Man World appearance if anything. Ghostly Adventures is just gonna be a wasted slot. No one likes that Pac-Man...

The Final Destination version of Gerudo Valley:

Posted Image

“This is the final destination version of Gerudo Valley,” Sakurai wrote. “No more surprise visits from Koume and Kotake, and the bridge is gone. There are no distractions and there’s nowhere to run. And the score that plays in the background is ‘Gerudo Valley’.”

Sakurai added in a comment, “You can make most stages turn into a final destination. Depending on the stage, it might be floating in midair or perched on a cliff.”

Once again classic Pac-Man could be a alt.costume.

Honestly, I'd be happy if he wasn't in at all, but if he is, it definitely won't be Ghostly Adventures. That's just an overall ridiculous idea for them to even use that one...

Ok, IM GONNA STOP THIS NOW, BEFORE WE GET OUT OF HAND TALKING ABOUT A PAC MAN GAME ON A SMASH BROS THREAD. :P

Anywaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaays.......

Does anyone here believe in the tier system? Because i don't. I know im probably gonna get some hate for this, but i honestly don't believe in the tier system at all. If your skilled at the game and know how to use a character well, you can easily topple another skilled player using a high tiered character with a medium or lower tiered character, as long as your good at the game and using that character. I know tiers are just to show how good a character is moveset wise, and i know some characters are going to have better movesets than others, but it all really comes down to skill in the end. :

Also, i'm a bit dissapointed that 3DS stages get only 2 music pieces, compared to Wii U which has tons, but i understand that Hardware limitations are the reason for this, since its gonna have the majority of the same content the Wii U version will have, which is a pretty impressive feat anyway. I just hope the music tracks that are chosen for 3DS stages are good.

Also, i was wondering something. You know how in Brawl you can choose how often a certain music theme plays on a stage(same goes for Wii U version, as Sakurai said it'll be like Brawls)? What if you put that every music theme had 0% chance of being played on the stage? Would that make it that you could play the stage with no music at all? Or would it make it so one theme has to have at least 1% of playing in the stage while the others could have 0%? That'd be cool if you could do that, i think. Not to bash on the music, but i'd like to see what it'd be like to play without music on the stage.

Yeah tiers are bogus, you can destroy anyone with any character if you know what you're doing.

I dun think you get that we're discussing a possible character on the Smash Roster.

I have no opinion over the game or show since I haven't looked at either, but I dun like the overall appearance of it.

I wouldn't be surprised if the tier systom is at leas somewhat true, but either way, I don't bother with it. I prefer playing as the characters I have the most fun playing as, whether they're in a high tear or not.

As for there being less music on the 3DS version, I've gotta admit, I'm a little bummed. Being able to choose from such a wide selection of music was one of the things that made Brawl stand out in my mind from other games. However, I'd rather there be less music than less items, fighters, assist trophy's, etc.

Also, I'd love for them to put in a no music option for at least the 3DS version. After all, what if you like the stage, but really dislike both of the songs that come with it? Besides, it'd be nice to fight in a stage without music every once in a while.

Samus and Wii Fit Trainer do some exercises together in today's pic of the day.

It's actually pretty cool that the background in the Wii Fit Studio shows a few frames of Samus' jump.

I really love Samus's new design here, she looks more badass ^_^

Today's pic of the day talks about Tac. Be careful, he may steal a ton of your power ups. Make sure to catch him and get them back.

I have to admit ZSS looks way better than the one from Brawl. Besides the obvious HD reasons, the newer design is sexyexcellent. (Dem heels and electricity.) I hope her new tools makes her better in 4, because she was meh in Brawl. (I'd use regular Samus over her back then. It could be different this time...)

Greeninja is looking great as well. Sakurai auras stays true to the Pokemom moves, as usual but sometimes making them look more deadly than the games.

WOAH WOAH WOAH, Am i hearing this right?

http://www.joystiq.com/2014/04/17/greninja-charizard-fight-it-out-in-new-super-smash-bros-screen/

"Nintendo outlined its plans for online play in Super Smash Bros. earlier this month, revealing that gameplay will be split between casual-focused "For Fun" and tournament-styled "For Glory" modes. Nintendo also announced that the 3DS version of Super Smash Bros. will feature a new dungeon-diving Smash Mode that replaces the Wii U's traditional Adventure Mode."

O_O SMASH RUN REPLACES ADVENTURE MODE FOR 3DS AND ONLY WII U IS GETTING IT? D: WHY SAKURAI? WHY CAN'T WE HAVE BOTH AND WII U HAS A NEW EXCLUSIVE MODE TO IT INSTEAD OF SMASH RUN? ;(
