But hey Sakurai can treat the Wii U version of Smash Bros 4 as Smash 5 and use it as an excuse to add exclusive characters....at least that's how I want it to work

You do know customer service isn't for requests. They'll just give you generics responses or say "I dunno."

No, the person who uploaded this video has it all wrong. Sakurai confirmed it as Classic Mode in the Pic of the Days.

I wouldn't complain about the Wii U version being upgraded to Smash 5. I'm getting both, so I'm set either way.

 

Good question... I'm not really sure what happens. I've been avoiding gameplay so it can all be a surprise. Kirby with Monado Arts would be really terrifying, though...
