RE:COM English Lip Sync

Recommended Posts

It wouldn't be nearly as funny if they did.

I'm against them fixing it.

You're...actually against it? Wow that's a bit of a surprise since a lot of people have been complaining about the li syncing in Re; CoM.

How long would it take to fix lip sync? AFAIK 1.5's COM and Days cutscenes are still (!) pre-rendered, so that might explain some of the hold-up (would take longer to fix than in-game stuffs)

Hey, at least lip synching can't get worse than this.

True true that was pretty bad.

I for one never got the chance to buy Re:COM so I never saw the lip sync issues. I had the gba version which wasn't fun to play so I'm yet to play it and just excited in general that it's coming out. However, lip syncing bothers me quite a bit so unless it's funny I'll be upset.

I actually never noticed any bad lip syncing in Re:CoM, to be honest. Next time I play, I'll probably try to see if I can find it.

It'd be more annoying than funny in the longrun. It should be more realistic. It would be much more believable and immersive...

And...turns out they didn't fix lip-sync. ("There is no English lip syncing in either Re:CoM or Days.")

Probably should've expected as much, with the pre-rendered nature of the scenes (would've taken too much time to fix, if possible at all). Also explains the re-translation of dialogue in Days.

WOW. LAME. :/

Although I don't think I really noticed it at all while playing CoM, but now that I'll be looking for it...That ticks me off.
