I know you don't see someones arm from all angles in photos but, often when it comes to drawings it's good to draw something like a shoulder, elbow or hand sticking out from somewhere to show where the arm goes. Don't take this the wrong way it's only meant as constructive criticism. Other than that the drawing is really good. ^^ Looks more like she is modeling than throwing a shuriken Eeeeeh, no.
