EternalReckoning 1,135 Posted May 30, 2013 (edited) The gameplay in my opinion should be given more credit, it was innovative and contained a huge amount of customization, it had tonnes of hours of gameplay and was incredibly loyal to the series in terms of combat, it was linear granted but square did the best they could do with the systems limited capabilities and its replayability made up for it, i would like to know what your highlights of your 358/2 days experience are... HarLea Quinn 26,501 Posted May 30, 2013 I loved Days personally . All games have flaws though. For example, they could've done a better job with the multi- player and mission mode where you can play as other org members. All the members could use the same magic despite their own personal powers not being exhibited .It would also have been cool to battle against more org members as well. 2 Demyx. and luka reacted to this

Couldn't agree more, organisation battles were limited in the game maybe they could've appeared in bonus chain of memories themed bonus missions ^_^
jjennway 207 Posted May 30, 2013 Days was the first KH game I played and is still one of my favorites
Shulk 8,623 Posted May 30, 2013 I really liked some of the last few bosses, especially Day 357's. There was an insane amount of depth in the customization too, and being able to play as all Org. members was another plus. My only real issues were the repetitive gameplay (I can play for a while before I get bored though) and the limited multiplayer (Really wish it had Wi-Fi). I loved the storyline, though! teh lazy prince Xylek 1,559 Posted May 30, 2013 i liked it more than chain of memories
Squidcannon 24 Posted May 30, 2013 (edited) I love the story line of days and i love the character Xion. I just didn't like the panel system ithad. Edited May 30, 2013 by Squidcannon
Kishira 2,854 Posted May 30, 2013 The only thing I enjoyed gameplay wise was the panels where you equip stuff.
Hei 3,233 Posted May 30, 2013 I honestly don't like it, or coded....the overall game just feels meh. I love the story of Days though
Deadshot 666 Posted May 30, 2013 (edited) In my opinion it was not very good game with mediocre story. Edited May 30, 2013 by Deadshot 2 Kishira and dusk reacted to this
Weiss 8,279 Posted May 30, 2013 It was an alright game but I honestly hated the gameplay. The only part I liked was the customization with magic. The gameplay wasn't as good as any of the other games imo.
dusk 910 Posted May 30, 2013 Gameplay was extremely repetitive and boring and there wasn't real challenge there. All bosses just required some cheap tactic that you repeat for 20 minutes to win. Story was quite medicore
Silvia Kuroi 1,480 Posted May 30, 2013 I really liked Days. Sure, the gameplay was bland, but I really liked just about everything it had. 1 AxelRoxasXionKH reacted to this
Dave 5,715 Posted May 30, 2013 I was very fond of the gameplay. The one thing I will always love about Kingdom Hearts, not matter what happens, is that the gameplay never seems to be afraid to try something different. 358 Days gave you something which seemed to require a lot more strategy than usual. What I liked especially was the panel system, and how you had to stock your spells for a limited amount of casts per day. It forced you to be more conservative with your magic, and stopped you from spamming attacks. Also, I love how the Cure spells varied from their different levels. Granted, it made things a lot harder, but it forced you to adapt and plan for when you were going to use them. As far as the missions go, I thought they were a good idea. Overcoming specific goals made it feel like your wandering had more meaning, and it made sense, given the character of Roxas and his role in the Organization. He's not going on adventures so much as he is doing a job, and I thought it fit that he was a very goal oriented person.
Rob 5,571 Posted May 30, 2013 I like the story and gameplay, but then it got repetitive with the missions.
Kurama 171 Posted May 31, 2013 I loooove the story and I liked the gameplay as well.
Anonn0000 3,525 Posted June 4, 2013 Days is a really fun game!! You can customize your battle styal with panals, play as like, any character in mission mode (riku ), leveling up is also pretty fun, too, chalange mode is quite chalanging (possably even on the easiest difficuly!), and, TAILGATING MAGIC TO MAKE YOU FEEL EVEN MORE BADASS!!!! Also, the story is very moving. And seeing all those organization coats? Beautiful. Plus you kinda get to like live life through a nobody's eyes, as well. Its a really interesting video game. Defenetly very unque!
Fates Chance 60 Posted June 19, 2013 I really liked the customization but also going to world's and seeing what was going on in the year Spa was asleep. Neverland especially, we hadn't seen it soon be kh one, and I was so excited to go back and play on the island. But also seeing the politics of the organization, and and how it worked. I mean, we only really got up until days a one sided view of the organization. They were the bad guys, and that's really all we got. Since I played kh2 I became obsessed with how they're organization worked. went on, what they did, how they achieved their goals. They were so different from any antagonist id ever seen I just fell in love with them. And just seeing roxas story was great. When I first saw roxas in kh2, I kwpt wanting to know more about his tragic story. Amd when he got his own game, I jumped and squealed at the chance to see his story. It has its flaws, but every game does. Its something you just cant help. Also the music was just amazingly amazingly beautiful. I mean moving, it just swept u away
AxelRoxasXionKH 105 Posted June 21, 2013 Days was is my personal favorite, I thought it had a lot of challenge, some bosses were really hard. and then there was this really heartbreaking story. Yeah, I think especially near the end it keeps getting better and better.
marluxiaflower123 4 Posted June 26, 2013 Over all days was a good game, but the only thing I didn't like about the games was it was way too long.gameplay was good but not my favorite, but I still like days.
_The Door To Light_ 1,507 Posted June 26, 2013 I would've liked if Days had more cutscenes for the other organization members and more creative missions. But meh, still a good game in my book.
Saber Lily 1,543 Posted June 26, 2013 The story was the highlight really. Gameplay was a bit repetitive and challenging, I admit. But Mission Mode was the best mode when fully unlocked to be honest. Any OrgXIII member, Donald, Goofy, Mickey, even Sora? Had a uniqueness to it in that regard.
VeNate13 144 Posted July 17, 2013 I really liked the missions , but your right. I wish it had more cutscenes about the other Org. Members. Still a great game though.
