Reyn 1,755 Posted May 29, 2013 If Lightning runs out of time, you'll get a non standard game over, so where would the game itself replace you? Would you restart the day over with extra time than you had before? That seems like it'd be the way to go. Also, do you think Square will program the game so that when you beat it, and go back to replay that same save file, the time limit for the End of the World will be stopped so you can go and find all the extra stuff and Platinum the game? But you could still fight the Final boss? It'd seem really stupid to not do that and have to do another playthrough in the hopes that you can 100% the game in time. Isamu Kuno 2,512 Posted May 29, 2013 (edited) All I want to know is, will Lightning become a Mahou Shojo like YRP? Or will she have some other method of changing clothes? Edited May 29, 2013 by Isamu_Kuno

Weiss 8,279 Posted May 29, 2013 All I want to know is why every post is starting with All I want to know. But it'll probably just be a gameover and...you get a startover maybe? Or go back to a point in the game and get more time. It's interesting to think about.
Sonic 487 Posted May 29, 2013 will she play the song of time?

ALL I WANNA KNOW IS WHY ARE YOU GETTING OFF TOPIC. All I want to know is when SE is gonna stop milking this game. ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS WHY ARE YOU GETTING OFF TOPIC!! It's interesting to think about. All i want to know, is what you want to know. Yeah, it'd be pretty trollish of Toriyama and SE to make you have to redo the whole game. I think it'd probably just be that you restart the day with extra time, but lose alot of money or some of your power.

Rob 5,571 Posted May 29, 2013 I believe the time would be whatever happened before you beat the final boss.
Master-Eraqus2012 2 Posted May 30, 2013 I think Lightning should have some method of going back in time (i.e: Like Majoras Mask and the Song of Time) Because really if the world ended you will probably be restored to your last save point in the game. Now I don't know a lot about this game except that Snow, Hope and Noel will be in it, Lumina looks like Serah, and Sazh I guess just dissapeared . I loved FF XIII but I hope this game ties all loose ends and actually "fixes the timeline" like what should have happened in XIII-2 (I felt like I got that game for nothing yet was grateful for the fact SE released DLC)

If it wasn't for that, it would've been fixed.
