KeybladeWielder_ 161 Posted August 26, 2012 Wow that sucks. Honestly I don't know how to fix it. I don't understand how you could have been hacked. Theres like no software to do anything with or to the 3DS. Just search all over the internet for someone with the same problem and see if they found a solution. Otherwise contact Nintendo support or a gaming store
VanitasisKirby 1,227 Posted August 26, 2012 That's freakin scary, honestly. Maybe you could call Customer Support at Nintendo??
Speed 37 Posted August 26, 2012 That's....scary. There's not much you can do but call Nintendo's Customer Support. I'm not exactly sure how they can charge you when none of this was your fault.
Kaneki Ken 1,516 Posted August 26, 2012 I never thought a touch screen can be hacked. You need to take ur 3ds to a gaming store or some sort to see what can be done about this situation.

Elijah Gravenhorst 480 Posted August 26, 2012 (edited) I'm guessing that a mii became sentient and started taking revenge on the handhelds that imprison all his mii friends. Seriously though look into that with someone who knows what they're talking about, it sounds creepy. Uncle Dolan 963 Posted August 26, 2012 Alright, because you guys aren't being helpful Dolan has come. First off: THERE ARE ZERO KNOWN METHODS OF HACKING A 3DS VIA STREETPASS. Now, if your touch screen is unresponsive. Call up NoA to schedule a repair, and everything else should be told to you via phone by the rep you're speaking with. Hope this helps. AnsemTheWise 1,114 Posted August 27, 2012 I'd imagine that they use the same card. Yes. The same SD card will work between them.

FireRubies1 1,325 Posted August 27, 2012 I have a feeling that they'll want the SD card but you could always transfer the stuff to your computer and transfer to the new SD card later
Caity 3,946 Posted August 27, 2012 There might just be something wrong with the 3DS itself, and the name of the mii you found was just to freak passer-byes out, surely if someone was able to hack your 3DS they would play around with your settings and change your mii to let you know. Contact Nintendo.
TheDarKris 85 Posted August 27, 2012 if i trade a 3DS, can i keep my SD card I wanted a 3dsxl, but I got an extended sheet battery, KEEPIN IT!!!!!!!
hatok 6,413 Posted August 27, 2012 You can keep the SD card. BUT, nothing on it will work on the new 3DS. You need to perform a transfer for that to work.
Sora96 17,256 Posted August 27, 2012 No, you can't keep the SD card. It's like the stylus despite the fact it's from another brand. Toshiba I think.
