Sora Sucks!!!

When Sora is faced to face with Kingdom Hearts, why doesn't he absorb its power? Is he afraid of it or simply put he does not yet know what lies behind the door. Why doesn't he open Kingdom Hearts?

How old was he in KH1? 10? 13? He just got the keyblade, found out that he had to kill this dude cause he was messin' with his homeys, so after he pwns his ass he goes to the door to close it. Mickey told hm to close it was why, takes two hearts and two blades on both sides of the door to close it. Sora just followed orders, he diddn't know about the door's awsome powers.

Sora is a naive character, but he has good intentions and it would be odd if he absorbed all that power....He was mainly concerned with getting his friends back at the time and putting the worlds in balance, he was not out for power, but only to help his friends.

No One is meant to Absorb Kingdom Hearts. If he did he would probably die meaning no KH2 Sora.

And Sora never wanted more power than he was given, what matters to him is his friend. And i think he was 14 in Kingdom Hearts 1

Well I think it's because Sora's kind of in the game a symbol of Light, and it wouldn't be right. Also, well...he's not exactly a genius. He'd fall for anything.
