  1. 1. Do you ever exercise?

    • Yes, I do. Every time I'm able, I'm exercising!

    • Not that often... It's very rare, actually.

I used to jog every third day back when I was a Uni student...nowadays I'm lucky if I ever get a weekend to myself for jogging ~

luckily my job means I never sit down for more than 5 mins but I guess that doesn't constitute the definition of exercise.."To stress the body to the point where you create physiological changes in improvements to either strength and/or cardiovascular fitness"...or something like that :P

I don't like exercising in front of people I know (the gym is fine but my membership recently ran out and my friend doesn't plan to renew it and he was the guy giving me a lift to and from there) so ran now i'm confined to unnoticeable strength exercises like sit ups, push ups, squats etc in my room since people are staying with us and I don't fancy them hearing me jump about upstairs.

I used to train tennis and hip-hop two times per week, but needed to stop becuase I seriously damaged muscles on my knee during skiing. Now I can only take walks and ride bike to fix my damaged muscles. :(

When I listen to my ipod almost everyday.  And it's less like exercising and more like pacing to the tempo of rock songs... which normally tends to be a decent amount of exercise.

I'm actually dying to go biking and swimming now that winter is done and school's almost out.
