Second, I also have asthma, so extreme exercises that helps lose weight is a nightmare for me to do. Im going to walk 15 minutes after each meal (breakfast, lunch & dinner), then do pilates 3 days a week to tone my arms and stomach, and squats to hopefully get a bigger butt haha.
