Replace "two extremely hot/cute guys" with "characters they like" and you got shipping in general.  But yes, their absence would do some good.  Their attitude seems to grate on me far more than het or yuri fans.  Case in point: the post above me.

I actually agree with you tbh. I'm not going to lie, there are a lot of nice, normal yaoi fangirls. There are normal people in everything - which also means you get a few people who take it to the next fvcking level. I don't think it's so much that A LOT of yaoi fangirls are bad, it's just the ones that are bad are quite extreme. But like their are annoying yaoi fangirls, there are also annoying anime fans, video game fans, My Little Pony fans, Homestuck fans, Doctor Who fans, Vocaloid fans, etc.The main thing that bothers me is when people say, "I support yaoi! But yuri and het are SO gross." Like bitch wtf? How we're you made. Lastly (sorry for the long message here), I hate it on Fanfiction.net because a lot of stories have like...just yaoi. Actually I've stopped looking at shipping as "yaoi" and "yuri" and "het", and rather just a homosexual relationship. Because that's all they are. Stories that have all of ONE sexuality of relationship just ignore the crap out of me. ((Unless of course it's for a good reason in the story, such as going to an all-boys school or something. But that's it.)) Besides, I've always preferred humor and friendship over romance - I like stories that are based about friends, and bromances. I dunno. I watch too many old movies.And though I support yuri, het, and yaoi, I don't fangirl over any of them. I don't fangirl over yuri because I'm not gay, and I don't fangirl over yaoi because I'd rather date people than watch other people date each other. That's true. In Fanfiction people really do...get creative. I know I do. While I've read many stories that I enjoy on KH, most of the newer ones aren't as great.But honestly I look more for a great writer than pairing, which is why my favourite KH story is between Terra and Master Xehanort - weird*cougherotic*cough pairing, but the author has amazing writing ability. There's actually this one fanfic I'd want to show you, but you might have already seen it. It's pretty infamous.
