School for the Weapons and Tactics Specialists RP

WELCOME to the School for the Weapons and Tactics Specialists! This is a school for those that want to practice their skills! Please come, make friends, and become the best!

 

Right, so, the RP is finally up. I'm glad that I'm getting this up. There are some characters in this RP of mine, because I never got the time to post them up. You'll get to know them over the RP, if you want to. So, beginning of the RP starts in the courtyard of the school. Without further ado, let's get this RP underway!

 

 

Everyone is in the courtyard, waiting somewhat impatient...at least most of them are. They're newcomers to the school, and they're eager to coming in. Then, after a while, an announcement came up from the speaker, saying "Please wait a few more minutes for your principle to come and greet you all! Meanwhile, talk amongst yourselves! That is all!" So, the students started doing just that.(Psst, that's your cue everyone.)

Lee rolled his eyes, clearly annoyed that he had to wait even longer then he already had. [How much longer is this going to take?] he thought. He wasn't a patient person. Not only that, but he wasn't a big fan of meeting new people. He was about to talk to his fraternal twin brother Stan, when he realized he wasn't there. [Great, where'd he go? Hmph, probably to go check out some of the girls.] He thought, and began looking around for his brother.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------When Stan first herd that he had to wait even longer to finally get into the school, he was a little bummed, but then he herd the guy on the speeker tell them to socialize, and he got excited. He loved meeting new people, almost as much as he loved hanging out with his friends. He was surveying the croud to look for someont to talk to when he saw a girl with a red and white shirt and a black hood standing all by herself (Abby Galincha). [she looks like she could use someone to talk to.] he thought, and walked over to her. "Hi there, my name is Stan, what's yours?"

Joshua looked at the crowd in the courtyard. "Wow, quite a few people here." He said aloud. He heard the announcement over the intercom. "Looks like we'll get some time to get to know one another... I'm fine with that!" He looked around again, trying to spot potential people to talk with.

Arch began to talk to himself. "Meet new people? That's a good idea...I mean, I can't get by without any friends..." So then, he began to walk around, trying to find people to socialize with. He was a bit skeptical about it, but the worst it could probably get is someone neutral towards him. "The school probably doesn't allow bullying...Right?" He thought to himself.

"Are you kidding me?" she sounded abit irritated at first but just shrugged it off "Oh well, I guess I could start meeting new people"

Selphie walked around the crowd looking for somone to talk to, it couldn't be that difficult

After the man on the intercom got finished Tess put her headphones back on "More time to make new friends I guess" she put her hands in her pocket putting on a small smile the most of the time she would "Sel-" Tess turned around not seeing her little sister beside her "Oh well" she continued to walk into the crowd "There sure is alot of people here" Tess began pushing threw the crowd of people in the process getting her foot stepped on a couple of times and getting pushed into someone (Joshua Ferrum) "Sorry, My bad!" she apologized to him

"Huh?" Joshua turned to see who had said that, and saw a girl, probably another student. "Oh, it's alright. Hey, I'm Joshua. What's your name?" He asked her.

"Its nice to meet you Joshua, my name is Tess" she gave a small smile

From a nice spot with a view of the rest of the room, Andrew sat comfortably and studied his fellow students. There seemed to be a good assortment of people, tacticians and warriors both. Everything of interest, whether it was an action or piece of information from some physical tell, Andrew took note of and filed away in his brain.

If nothing else, his time here would be an interesting character study.

 

Abby, who had just arrived, looked around the room with a somewhat lost feeling. Most of these people had training and better educations. What the spazz was she doing here? She tried to keep her posture and movements fluid and confident. If anybody on the streets knew you were scared, you were dead. Abby fought it hard to believe this place was any different.

"Its nice to meet you Joshua, my name is Tess" she gave a small smile

"Nice to meet you too, Tess!" Joshua replied, smiling back. "So, you're a student here, right? What type of combat are you trying to learn? I'm a warrior myself, learning how to dual wield well." He asked her, giving his own answer to the question.

Tess nodded at his questions "Yes im a student here and im learning how to use a sword, right now im best at hand to hand combat though" she put her hands in her pockets

"You're training with swords, too? Who knows, we might even end up in the same class then!" Joshua exclaimed, excited to already have a new friend here. "Hand to hand combat... I don't have much experience with that, honestly. I'm much better with a weapon myself."

"Ain't that a coincidence" she giggled "Well I can't wait to see how you use a weapon" she smiled at her new and first friend here

"I'm excited to see how you are with a sword, too! I never did get how people could carry just one sword. It feels so... unbalanced to me. Two has always felt natural to me." Joshua explained, then realized that two swords probably seemed a little strange to some other people.

Stan waited for the girl to answer him, but she didn't. The girl (Abby) seemed to be trying to look calm and confident, but she was trying way too hard. He tried to get her attention again. "Hey, are you all right? You look tense."

"Really? Oh well I guess some poeple think differently, haha!" Tess crossed her arms "But I wanted to use duel weapons but im not sure I can handle that yet" she scratched her head nervously

"Yeah, that's true. It depends on what you're best with. I'm more balanced with two swords, and I prefer speed-based combat, so that tends to work out well for me. Who knows, maybe you'll get to dual wield at some point, too!" Joshua assured her.

"Yea maybe so!" she giggled then smiled it was good that she made a new friend, she needed one

Abby gave Stan a bit of a glare before nodding.

"I'm fine." she answered curtly. "Just trying to get use to all thIs."

"Way to go, Abby." she thought to herself. "Someone talks to you and you nearly snap on 'em."

"I'm Abby." she said quickly, offering a hand to Stan.

 

Andrew got up from his seat and stalked through the crowd, soaking up bits of conversation as he strode past.

Akito leaned against a tree, observing the people's interactions. No one seemed to notice him yet. That was just fine. He was perfectly content with the social chaos ensuing throughout the courtyard. He smiled. "This could prove interesting." He muttered to himself.

"My thoughts exactly." Andrew said to Akito as he strolled up.

Andrew turned to also observe the crowd.

"Should prove to be amusing, at least."

Turning again, Andrew offered a hand to Akito.

"Andrew Aegri, at your service."

While everyone was talking, a girl was sleeping in the corner, pretty much away from everyone else. She was different as she was wearing a maid outfit.

This, ladies and gentlemen, was Sora Takagi.

 

And she was asleep.

Frankly, Stan was a little surprised at Abby's reaction. [so first she ignores me, then she snaps at me? Weird, usually only Lee gives me that sort of treatment.] he thought, but he able to quickly shrug it off. [she's probably just nervous, after all.] He then shook Abby's hand. "Nice to meet you Abby, I'm Stan." 

 

After serching around the croud a little, Lee sopted his brother shaking hands with a girl. "Ha, I knew it." he said to himself, and then looked around for someone to talk to. [After all,] he thought, [Making friends could prove usefull.]

"Well, at least that is out of the way." Abby thought.

After giving Stan's hand a firm shake, Abby let go and let her arms hang lose at her sides.

"So, what do you know about this place?" she asked, trying to make conversation.

Arch was looking around desperately to talk to someone. Then, he saw someone in the coner(Sora). He decided to go over and talk to her. Then, he said "Heya! I'm Arch, what's..." He cut himself off, as he noticed a few details about her. First, she was wearing a maid costume. Second, she was sleeping. "Weird..." he said to himself. He started shaking her, trying to wake her up. "Hey, you okay? Wake up!"

"Not much, other than that it's famous for training up some of the best warriors and tacticians in the world. Of course, you must have allready known that, or else you wouldn't have signed up for this in the first place, right?" Stan said in responce to Abby's question. He then decided to change the subject. "Ever since I was little, I wanted to be a great hero, like the ones you hear about in storys as a kid. I've always held on to that dream, which is why I decided to join this school. After all, what better place to is there to learn about being a warrior than here, right?" Most people wouldn't open up to a complete stranger so quickly, but Stan wasn't like most people. He always loved listening to what people had to say, and he thought that most people felt the same about him. "What about you? Why are you here?"
