Formatting Issue with Word

Recommended Posts

I've been having a problem with copy and pasting documents from Microsoft Word, and I'm curious if anyone else is having the same issues. When you paste the document, it formats the paragraphs into very odd clumps, it spaces out the sentences into awkward sections. and regards all contractions as spelling errors. It didn't use to do this, so I'm not sure why it's happening now?

I've been facing this problem too :/The only solution i have so far is pressing backspace before the first letter so that it goes to the line above it.But that could take alot of time ;-;

Sounds like you've got justify on without taking a line break between new paragraphs.  Could also be a paragraph formatting issue in some cases.  Select CTRL + J to take on/turn on justify, highlight your writing and select Paragraph and see what your default settings are.

If you are taking stuff from a website it most likely is due to the way the website is formatted, with hidden tables and such.
