Well most of the side titles(the non numbered ones) are on DS/3DS, so i think he could get into Brawl too. The company that made the game has been significantly downsized and I think is working on other stuff. To be honest I think he would stand out in both games, and not in a great way. He's an original character but the Kingdom Hearts series is founded on a crossover. His presence would drag one crossover (KH) into another (PSAS/SSB) and ultimately be jarring.
