Kairi wouldn't have escaped the TWTNW without her. They wouldn't have been able to get back to DI. Sora would never wake up... or fall asleep. He'd just wonder Castle Oblivion... forever. Riku wouldn't have accepted his dark powers.

the KH2 could have more sense, and the Nobody's theory could be more solid

 

I always thought that Kairi shouldn't have a nobody, it doesn't matter if her heart was on Sora's body

Namine replaced Sora's memories of Kairi with memories of her, and was the whole reason Sora had to go to sleep. She also came to Riku in his time of need and convinced him to let go of his fear of darkness and use both darkness and light, or else he would have probably stayed in that light, and who knows what would have happened to him.

 

So she had a lot of influence after the events of the first KH. Without her Chain of Memories probably wouldn't exist.

...Not only that, but she had a pretty big impact in Kingdom Hearts II as well just because of the fact that she was chaining together Sora's memories in the beginning. If she wasn't in it, Sora wouldn't have woken up. Then again, if she never existed he wouldn't have ever had to sleep so...

 

It would be a drastic story change from the one we already have if she never existed.

She only replaced his memories and made him lose other ones, because Marluxia wanted Sora under his control.

but chain of memories effects everything directly. if there was no namine sora never would have lost his memories and slept, roxas would still be around, sora would fight all of the organization at once, xion would still be around as well. the repercussions would be so big

Yeah true. The main plotline would be the same either way is what I was getting at though. IE, The plans to save the trio and kill Xehanort. But yeah, a lot would be different as well.
