    • Yes, the big ones were the best part of the game.

    • Somewhat, they were really nice to have around.

    • Kind of, although I'm used to having it all in-game now.

    • Not really, I like not having to read them anymore.

    • Not at all, I never read the manual anyway.

But games STILL come with manuals. So how can i miss them if they are still being made? The only games that have no manuals in it are PS Vita games.

Yeah, because it meant you didn't have to spend an hour going through a boring tutorial, and it provided some background information about the game.

Manuals these days? My manual for Monster Hunter Tri Ultimate is seven pages, and shows the controls. That's it.

i only ever read the manual if i was stuck in the mall with my family cuz they were getting stuff too. i also only read the manual for little specific things and almost never find what i want to know anyway.

I liked to be able to read the story before playing. It helped me understand what was going on. My favorite example of this was Diddy Kong Racing. I am not sure I would have understood the point with out that info. But I didn't really read or care about the other information.

Somewhat.  While you learn in game what to do, if I leave a game for a while (due to coursework and exams) and go back I sometimes forget how to do stuff, but don't want to start again to learn how.

Nah I never read them anyway.

They were pretty cool to skim through if I was bored and had nothing else to do, but other than that they were just a waste of space/paper. Can't imagine many people actually got any use out of them.
