Reyn 1,755 Posted April 20, 2013 (edited) I mean, in KH 1 and COM(The GBA version), gravity would continually pull Sora down even as he does an Air Combo, while in every other game, he can just float in the air for as long as he attacks or fires off Magic. I don't know how he managed to do that though. I mean, in KH2, you could just say its because of his magic clothes, but he doesn't have those in KH3D, and he can still hover in air while attacking, so i don't know. Not to mention in KH3D, when he air combos a flying enemy, if it flies upward, and Sora is still attacking, he will move upward, but if the enemy goes down he will go down with it. I'm pretty sure that is definitely defying gravity. Maybe it has to do with the fact that he mastered the spell Gravity, and now he can hover in mid-air while attacking due to that. VisitJoan 2,713 Posted April 20, 2013 Aren't his clothes magic in DDD? He even said so. And how else would the RS get on there if not by magic?
advfox 698 Posted April 20, 2013 I noticed that. Maybe after the worlds were saved in KH1, they all lost their gravitational field.
Reyn 1,755 Posted April 20, 2013 Aren't his clothes magic in DDD? He even said so. And how else would the RS get on there if not by magic? Well, i mean, he thought they were Magic, since Yen Sid transferred him there, but its revealed in TWTNW that the only thing magic about his new clothes is the Sigil(The X on his inner shirt). So not really counting that.
Weiss 8,279 Posted April 20, 2013 Video game logic = less gravity in newer games apparently
AntonioKHT 449 Posted April 20, 2013 Well, if you want to come up with a reason, ok we can help, but the true answer is that newer games want to make better gameplay, and that leads to what you noticed as a control of Gravity that Sora acquired. Well, you could say his clothes in KH3D are also magic. He also has Flomotion abilites in the Dream world, that give him much more agility and le parkour abilites, what could also explain how he can pull this stuff up. 1 Reyn reacted to this

adngo714 36 Posted April 20, 2013 it's Riku that has mastered gravity. How else can he jump up with a Keyblade in hand and hover?
