If this is true...but wait. Do we know exactly when this report was made, we could piece together bits of the BBS timeline knowing when Mickey came to Ansem to talk about various things. And then went off to fight Xehanort or whatever.

Well it was after the shooting star rain, we know that when Xehanort the apreentice open the door to the keyhole, shotting stars arrived. So it was after BBS, I think it was in that flashback mickey have when he first saw Xehanort the apreentice.

I think that it is talking about Ven during the final battle in the Keyblade Graveyard

 

The legend says its wielder saved the world, while another says that he wrought chaos and ruin upon it.

 

1. The wielder (ven) saved the world by destroying the X-Blade

 

2. He wrought chaos and ruin upon it by leaving Kingdom Hearts incomplete

Ansem Report 11-

 

Upon opening the door of a world's heart, the wall around that world is broken down.This is seen as a shooting star. Through this, I have been able to understand the reason why the material known as Gummi Blocks has the ability to allow travel to other worlds.

A world's wall collapses because of the appearance of the Heartless, but finding a world's door takes time. And robbing a world of its heart is a similar case.

If the door has been closed by the Keyblade, one would probably be unable to reach that world's heart again. Before the Keyblade wielder appears in this world, I must take measures to do something.

Supposing that there is a close relationship between the Princesses and the Keyblade, it seems likely that they will resonate with each other...

I have chosen a special girl. I do not know if she possesses the power of the Princesses, but there is a chance, and this is an experiment. She may lead me to the place where the one holding the key is...

I shall send her off to the ocean of other worlds.

ok, just a confirmation for my own knowledge, and an increase of my stupidity rating, lolz, the kh 1 reports were written by ansem/terra/xehanort, the kh 2 reports were written by diz/ansem
