Kira shook her head "No, no its thanks to you that im still here and not anywhere with that freak but sorry if I gave you a hard time though" she sighed

"Heh, no, it's okay. It was my choice to come here, after all. Any trouble I'd have is my fault." Alexander said with a faint smile. "Its better to see you a little hurt here then unconscious with that guy, who knows where, anyway." Alexander continued. Joshua looked at Alexander and Kira back and forth for a bit, with a soft smile. He knelt down between them with his blanket shrouded completely over him except his head and face. "So, I still don't know either of you guys!" Joshua exclaimed aloud. "Are you two, like, dating?" He asked. Alexander sighed, "N-no, we're not. We barely met." Alexander replied irritably. "Oh, okay then!" Joshua agreed without much care, bringing his small soft hands to both Alexander and Kira. "I'm Joshua— Joshua Akira! Or Josh. Either is fine." He greeted himself rather easygoingly.

"Im Kira, nice to meet ya Josh!" Kira shook his hand lightly

"Hey, its a lot like my last name! Kira and Akira! Just mine has an 'a' in the front!" Joshua exclaimed, shaking Kira's hand. (He acts so innocent....) Alexander thought to himself. Unusual for a kid who didn't have a home. He didn't have a home, right? He WAS in the alley. "Ah— so that's your name. Well, uh, Josh, my name's Alexander. Nice to meet you." Alexander said, shaking Joshua's hands as well. "Yay! Now we're all friends!" Joshua exclaimed. (Way too innocent.) Alexander thought again, but there was no sign if any other personality trait. Maybe he had gotten too used to it, or had just started living like that. Who knows? "So, Kira, who was that guy anyway? What'd he want with you? I heard you call out for a 'Jason', too."

"Jason is one of my guardians. That guy thay knocked me unconscious was Kai and I dont know whay he wanted though" Kira shrugged (Yes she actually knows)

"Hey" he yelled to Kerri.   "We can not leave the pack alone.  We have to stay together..   There was another wolf at the game.  The hunters shot him in the head and killed him.  I can't bare to see you girls killed.  We're on high alert and we will kill these hunters before they can kill us" He said as he heard his name being yelled.  Jason turned into his half wolf self and pulled his hood up so he'd be hidden as he ran through the woods as fast as possible ending up seeing the older wolf on the ground and Kira and some guy talking.  Jason didn't know what was going on so he jumped on the boy and raised his clawed hand ready to swipe at the kids throat "are you okay" He growled at Kira

Alexander sighed. "A guardian, huh? So he's kind of like your—" A half-wolf man werewolf thing suddenly pounced Alexander. He coughed a small amount of blood "What...the Hell...?" He complaint. It was an underreaction, mainly because the wolf talked to Kira! "Hey, I didn't do amything to Kira! I tried helping her!" Alexander exclaimed, even before asking who or what he was. Where Kira was involved, Alexander took it as a first priority. Joshua saw Jason and playfully jumped on top of his back. "Hey! Its like a werewolf! Hehe, I've never seen one before. Amd he talks!" Still on top of him, Joshua scratched Jason behind the ear like a dog.

Kerri put the collar on she bought and started to change. The wolf didn't like the collar, but her other half was saying it would help. She took off after the Alpha. She only managed to catch up when he made it to Kira. Kerri stopped a little ways off and growled at the boy she didn't know.

Jason was slowly getting up off the boy when another kid jumped on his back.  Jason just straightened up and the boy still hung there.  "I'm sorry.   I heard Kira scream for me and I'm a little late I see.  Thanks for having her back.  I'm Jason" He said holding out his paw.  He then looked at the boy on his back and rolled his eyes as Kerri showed up.  "Kerri, its all good.....  is that a collar?" Jason asked with a laugh

The wolf stopped growling at Alexander, but continued to glare at him. She stayed on all fours and looked ready to pounce if necessary. Her gold eyes switched over to Jason in response to his question, but the Wolf made no indication of answering or understanding Jason's question. After a moment of watching the Alpha, the wolf went back to watching the stranger.

Alexander's eyes widened a bit. "YOU'RE Jason? Talk about being a 'guardian' after all...." Alexander said. Looking at the other wolf who was being rather provocative, Alexander stood up. "Hey! Can you howl???" Joshua asked Jason bubbly and innocently, before noticing the other wolf whom arrived. Slipping off of Jason, Joshua dashed to the other wolf, carelessly hugging her. "Another wolf, too? And she's a girl too, huh?" Joshua asked energetically, realizing this wolf seemed to be somewhat more irritable. Alexander took Jason's ha— or...paw. "So now I know you are...but not necessarily what you are. I'm Alexander, I guess its nice to meet you." Alexander greeted, turning to Joshua and the other wolf. "And that's Joshua. I met him not too long ago, as well." Alexander said, cautiously watching the wolf.

Jason dewolfed and looked at the two boys.  "I won't howl.  WE need to keep our identity down to a minimum"  Jason said with his hood still up so he couldn't be seen that well.  "Hunters are around killing wolves like all of us.  I watched one get shot in the head.  He was no younger than any of us.  I don't need that happening to one of my pack members" he said."Are you two in a pack?" He asked Josh and Alex

They may have both had their psychological disabilities, but neither Joshua nor Alexander received whatever had turned all these people into wolves. "A pack?" Alexander asked, with an eyebrow raised. Joshua slumped down a bit confusingly. "We're not wolves." He said, looking up at Jason. "Right," Alexander said as well, "We're not wolves. I'm not exactly sure how you two are."

Jason sniffed the air.  "Not yet at least but you both smell heavily of wet dog.  And I know that scent is different from the wolves around here.   Maybe you should stay with us so we're here when you change,  make sure you handle it well and all"  Jason said  waiting for the two boys to answer him.  It was strange that they hadn't changed yet.  he felt that all wolves were changing around the same time.

Joshua and Alexander both had their opposite reactions. Alexander was rather dumbfounded whereas Joshua was apparently in awe. "I'm going to turn into a wolf?" "I'm going to turn into a wolf???" Alexander asked, followed by Joshua. Alexander looked at Joshua a bit strangely as he looked up at Jason with innocent and hopeful puppy-dog-like eyes even though he wasn't begging for anything. "Hey, do you know what an eleven year old wolf would look like??? Would I be just like you, or smaller?" Joshua asked curiously. Alexander looked at Jason as well, but with a straight face. "How do you know we'll turn like you guys?" Alexander asked. (Oh, wait....) he thought, turning to Kira. "Is that what you meant by commenting on my scent? That I'm a wolf? And judging from that sense of smell, I guess you're one, too."

"Yeah you'll probably be really tiny" Jason told him "But super vicious"  He laughed. He then looked over them.  "lets go to a more private place to talk about wolves"  Jason said as he slowly turned around and began walking back to the house which luckily wasn't that far away.  They got to the house and he sat down on the couch feeling exhausted.

The Wolf brought up the rear of the group. She would occasionally stop and sniff the air or glance around, but the caught back up with the others.

When they got to the house, the Wolf took up a sitting position on the floor at one end of the couch. She continued to watch Alexander and Joshua like a hawk.

Following Jason along with Kira and the other wolf, Alexander just watched the wolf as cautiously as she was watching him, while Joshua just followed around, speed-walking circles around the group as it proceeded. He smiled at Jason's comment if he were to be a wolf, and soon got to the house. Once there, Joshua dragged his blanket across the floor and jumped onto the couch, tired as well. "I'm still kinda sleepy...." He muttered. He lied down as if the couch was of his own home, not taking up much space. He was curled up in one of the couch's square cushions, with his blanket over him and his eyes closed as if he was going to sleep. He was still quietly listening though. Alexander just stood, not feeling too at-home or comfortable here. (I still don't quite understand all of this....) he thought.

Kira looked at Alexander she could sense when people are unhappy or anything

"No need to worry Alex, every things going to be fine"

She gave him a reassuring smile

"And we'll be here for you and Josh if any of you need anything"

Alexander sighed for the umpteenth time. "I suppose so, unless I'm mauled by another wolf." He uttered, hoping the other two wolves here wouldn't take offense. He never said anything about all wolves, anyway, he just felt the humane hesitation and slight fear. "But thanks, Kira. Not sure where Josh and k are gonna stay though. Just let me know if anything happens to you again, like with that Kai guy." Alexander remarked a bit bravely, unusual for him in a case with wolves. "Mmhmm! Just let us know!" Joshua exclaimed, climbing up on the top of the couch and leaping onto Alexander's back, just with his arms over his neck and his legs flailing by his shoulders. Not expecting it, Alexander nearly fell, but regained his balance. (Gah, the kid gives no warning.) He complaint in his head. They still barely knew eachother, but Joshua seemed to treat Alexander like a brother already.

The wolf got up on her feet and paced around the room, looking agitated by something. Finally, she turned and left the room, going down a hall to a bath room. After some painful sounds and grunts, then silence, Kerri emerged from the bathroom looking haggard and worn. She made it to the living room then put her back against a wall and slid down into a sitting position. With eyes still tinged yellow, Kerri regarded the room.

"Any idea if the wolf you saw killed was a loner or if he had a pack, Jason?" she asked, her voice sounding tired.

She looked at Alexander and Joshua, her eyes now more recognizable as greenish-brown.

"Sorry for not introducing myself before. I'm Kerri."

"I think he may have been in a pack but we just don't know right now.  I smelled another wolf while I was playing but this one I think was Alpha of his.  He was more aggressive and incredibly strong.  This could be a hostile pack for all we know so lets be careful and only trust each other in this city."  Jason said looking at the newer people

Kerri's featured took on a pained expression.

"Another pack in this area." she lamented. "Great. If they think we are in their territory, it could end badly."

"Or they are in our territory." The thought came from the wolf. Kerri sighed. The wolf part wasn't gonna let this be easy.

"I'll track the other guy down and talk to him.   Try to be civil but safe.  Ya'll can stay back and I'll howl for you guys if I need anything.  Same with ya'll.  Kerri.  Protect everyone while I'm gone.  I know I can trust you" Jason said as he started fixing something to eat   "We also need to chow down.  Our metabolisms have been through alot so we need to recuperate.

Kerri struggled to her feet. Both she and the wolf did not like Jason's plan one bit.

"Do you have any idea where this pack meets?" she asked as she got up. "Size? Anything? We can't go out to make peace without knowing something about them."

She didn't add in what her wolf was thinking. If the other pack was listening to their beast side, they would start tearing limbs then ask questions.
