Kerri got a plate of eggs and ate.

"That would be a switch." she said, between spoonfuls of egg. "I'm usually the one people have to keep from going for the throat."

As she ate, Kerri could fell herself calming down. She hoped she'd be able to think this whole situation out a little more clearer.

"Hey, whose got that book Tichelli left?"

"I'll get it" Kai went into the living room and looked in the draw "Here we are" he picked it up and came back into the kitchen and held it up "Here it is"

"Thanks." Kerri said, taking the book.

She propped it on the table and flipped it open as she ate.

"Might as well find out more." she said, eyes scanning the text. "If it's reliable."

She ate and read for about a minute before glancing at Kai.

"So, you know an tips we could use?"

Jason was walking through and couldn't get tired.  He felt so alert and alive.  He then began running beating all the times he had previously set.  He then was able to flip off of air not needing a boost or to touch the ground.  He then ran down this dark alley and began running up the wall bouncing from each wall.  He then did a backflip off the wall from a 10 foot height and didn't even feel it. Normally it would've hurt his legs but he was fine.  He felt alive.

Kira still sitting on the floor looking outside the window it had gotten night pretty quickly and she saw that her mom had been left "must have gotten tired of waiting on me" she laughed to herself then looked at Kai "Yea any tips?"

Kai just shook his head "Nothing that any of you will need at the moment" he looked over at Kira and walked up to her "Are you alright? You looked like you stuffed yourself"

She nodded "Yea I guess"

Kai chuckled and offered a hand to help her up

Kiru took his hand and got up slowly off the floor brushing herself off "Thanks"

"No problem" he smiled "Are you both leaving over sleeping over for the night?"

"Im probably gonna go home" Kira turned her head towards Kerri "What about you?"

Kerri looked up from her reading.

"Don't know." she answered. "My family got out when the virus first hit. I was just too pig headed to join them."

She rubbed her eyes.

"I'll probably head back to my house later. I just want to bone up on what we're gonna be dealing with."

Amelia saw the sky darken. She stood up from the bench and decided to walk back home. She really didn't want to be a werewolf. But since she was and it was her dads fault this was happening, she felt it was her reaponsibility to watch over them, all of them.

"Im gonna do what my dad did wrong and make it right." she said as she started to walk in the direction of her house.

Jason felt more calm and was actually a little happy to be a werewolf. It was a curse but he was going to make good out of it and do right by it. He wasn't going to fall prey to the stereotype. But then something struck his mind and he became worried for his group.

Amelia stepoed through her door. And plopped on the couch.

"Werewolfs live in packs." she said to herself.

"Problem is, we dont have a pack leader."

she sat there thinking and stood up and sat in Tichellis seat infront of his desk.

Jason was getting worried that they were more unprepared than expected!  Jason ran as fast as he could to Amelia's house not sure if anyone was still there.  Jason started knocking on the door.  He was really worried about the group and what he knew from werewolf fables.  But where does reality meet fiction in this situation.

"I should get going now Its getting late" Kira yawned and got up

"Yea me to" Kai looked at Kira "You need a ride?"

"Sure" she nodded "I'll see ya at school tomorrow, okay?" she said to Kerri and was about to walk out the door until there was knocking

Kai opened the door up to see Jason "Excuse me" he said moving him out the way gently so him and Kira could go threw

They walked to Kai's car and he started it up driving her home

"You know I have a way to control your wolf"

"For real! Wait how?" She asked because she didnt know that you could actually control a wolf well she didnt know alot of things in better terms

Kai nodded his head "Yep". After a few minutes of driving they finally reached Kira's house "So you still wanna know how?"

"Yes Kai, I said that like a thousand times now" Kira was getting abit irrated by this young man

"Okay" Kai whispered in her ear

Her eyes widened "Woah, okay i'll try it sometime then" she got out the car and waved goodbye as Kai left.

Amelia heard Jason run in as Kai and Kira left. Amelia didn't even bother to look up from files she was reading.

"You could have torn down the door, yunno?" She said. She sighed and grinned.

"Why are you in such a hurry anyways?" Amelia regarded to Jason as she leaned back in her chair calmly.

He stood in front of Amelia in her chair.  "If there are werewolves there are probably other monsters....  and maybe even hunters!"  Jason said "I want to make sure you and our group are safe and prepared for an attack.  Maybe with this outbreak of our kind starting, people will take notice and we could have a problem on our hands.  I want to look over our group.  I want to protect them!"  Jason said looking her in the eye.  "I just need to know are you going to be apart of this group?   You'd be a strong asset and I hope you weren't thinking of going on alone!"

Kerri rubbed her eyes. Man, she was tired. She closed the book and started wheeling to a sofa when she heard Jason and Ameila talking. She stopped and listened.

She understood Jason's sentiments, but didn't like some of the words. "Our Kind." That bothered her. She didn't see herself or any of the others as something other than humans. Yes, they were appently changing to be able to turn into wolves, but still human.

Kerri remained silent and kept listening.

"Yeah," She said to Jason putting the files back in her dad's desk.

"Pack leader. That's what i'm going to be. We don't want lone wolves wandering around." She said as she stood up next to him.

"I'll be watching over the group, i feel it's my responsibility. since my dad did this all." She said crossing her arms.

"Someones feeling cocky" Jason said with a smirk.  "Taking the pack leader job?  Maybe thats why I showed up.  I mean I came here for the packs protection, to decide a plan for protection."  Jason said.  He started off with this being a joke.  But he actually fell for a call of dominance.  He felt a calling for the pack leader role.

"Look, Jason, yeah, you're tall and a big guy, doesn't mean you can protect our pack! i think, it'd be better if i did, Tichelli would have wanted it, besides i was probably the first injected." She said as she got behind the desk again. She recognized she was being cocky, but who was he to talk? 

Just because he's 'big and buff' he thinks he has the mentality to run a darn pack. She thought as she laughed and sat back down.

Kai decided to turn around back to Tichelli's house "I guess I'll stay the night, just in case anything happens" He thought to himself and drove back.

Took him only minutes to make it back to the house, he walked over to the couch not being seen and watched them and cocked his head at Amelia "I honestly think you shouldnt, just because your the first to be injected and because Tichelli is your dad? Really? Yea... no" he put it simply

"who asked for your input Kai? This doesn't concern you, it never will, ever since you've been coming to see my dad i never liked it. So while my dad has left me to watch the house, i dont need you here. You are already a werewolf, so what? you aren't a very smart, one if not, you'd be in a pack, go home Kai, you can come back when Tichelli's back." Amelia was being rude and she knew it, but she knew she could handle it. She knew it.

Kai laughed so hard "Really? Well actually this does concern me now, Tichelli left ME IN CHARGE to watch over you all, and its not a 'so what' because I have way more experience and wisdom than some silly little kid that only turned once" He shook his head "You calling me dumb? Please like I said more wisdom then you'll ever have kid" he patted her head "Now why don't you go sit down somewhere and go read a book or color" Kai smirked then chuckled "And you'll never be anywhere close to me, im stronger, faster, and smarter then you" he shrugged "So I think Jason should be the leader of the pack, either him or me"

"Hm, is that so? Well, have them, if they chose to be under you or Jason's command so be it. You can stay in MY house as well, guess i'll be a lone wolf for a while." She said eyeing him as her brown eyes turned yellow. She laughed and turned to her room.

"So, see ya. i can do this by myself, we'll see who's stupid then." Amelia said heading towards the door. She opened the door and slammed it behind her.

Lone wolf doesn't sound half bad.

Kai thought to himself "She's still going to be the stupid one" He shook his head "She's going to have learn sooner or later... Stuborrn" after Amelia had left he sat on the couch looking at Jason "So I guess your the leader" he said "That means you have to care of everyone in your pack, make sure nothing happens to them, have a place for when you all change" he grinned and placed his hands behind his head "Alrighty then" Kai glanced at Kerri and Jason "You can stay over my house if you both want, I could teach you more stuff about being a wolf and all"

"So, how many of them have you turned Michael?" 

"About 4 of them."

"Their names?"

"Kerri Thompson, Kira, Jason Allen."

"And the last one?"

"Amelia TIchelli."

"Oh, your daughter."

"Yes."

Tichelli sat as he answered his boss' questions, he lowered his head after he said Amelia's name.

"Have you put camera's in the house to supervise them?" 

"Yes, and i have also left a already existent werewolf for supervision."

"Well, lets see the footage." His boss said as he took out his laptop and displayed all views of the camera's. "Michael, where are the four, i only see the two plus the existent one."

"They've probably gone home Chief." 

"We must supervise it, seeing them change is probably the only chance we have, where is your daughter?" She asked playing through the footage. She played back to where they were arguing and she left.

"No, they need to all return to the house."

"Well, lets call Kai then.." Tichelli sugusted as he leaned back in some office.

Amelia sat in the forest, her father's backyard was basically the forest itself. She layed in the grass and pulled out her phone. No one had contacted her. Good she thought, no one to deal with or underestimate me. She thought as she placed her phone next to her.

Kerri cast a glare around at Kai and Jason.

"Not sure I want to follow any of you." she snapped. "You're all big into being wolves, you forget you're still human."

Kerri went silent, continuing to glare.

"You know what, I'm just gonna go figure this out on my own. I'll be around to help, but don't think for a second that I'm gonna jump when you say!"

She turned with her chair and headed back to the book.

Kai rolled his eyes "Listen here im not trying to make any enemies Kerri"

he sent a harder glare back and thought "I just could, could ugh!" These girls, Amelia and Kerri, were making his head hurt he shook it off and looked back at Jason

"Im not actually part of the pack though, think of me as the gaurdian because if something happens to you then I take care of everyone"
