AAG Connor 5 Posted March 31, 2013 WIth the Kingdom Hearts HD remakes and the hopefully soon to be Final Fantasy X remake, I've been thinking how amazing it would be to have a Final Fantasy VII compilation remake. a New, overhaul of Final Fantasy VII (up to todays graphics standards and voice acting, ect.) Square would have to be very confident that it would be profitable given how much time and money they would have to put into it. So I'm not sure if they would. Square would have to be very confident that it would be profitable given how much time and money they would have to put into it. So I'm not sure if they would. But I hope they do one day. This exactly. I seriously don't expect we'll ever see a Final Fantasy VII remake. Not saying it wouldn't be great--because it would--but I think a FF7 remake would be some serious work, not to mention money. Square's not going to take the time to remake it if their new installments are a success--unless they were really, really desperate...because desperate men do desperate things.
