TV The Legend of Korra

Recommended Posts

Hey everybody,

Aang here, and might I say Korra is simply amazing this season. Definitely the best season to this point in my opinion. I love how this season's villain is different and has a different approach towards things. And I really do love the overall message the series gives us which is the point that all the villain's  the show has had, made a good point on the world around them, and in ways the basis of there idea was of good value, but they each took it too far and it is the avatar that keeps things balanced. I love Kuvira and honestly think she is the best villain for Korra to this point.

Seeing as though this is the last season, I'm really hoping that we get to see Korra reunite with here past lives and that the avatar cycle will go on. I am not a fan of "korasami" and honestly think it is ridiculous. However, seeing how "Makora" happened I feel it is best if Bryke decided  to avoid Korra having Romance altogether. Almost like she doesn't need a man in her life at all. I think "korasami" is a hopeless dream for many fans. To me, Asami is and will remain only a friend of Korra. Keep in mind that she spent nearly her entire life guarded from the outside world, surrounded by old gasbags. Asami was her only female friend.

Friends of the same sex usually become closer than that of friends of the opposite sex. There's more to talk about, more bonding. She's spent her life without a girl-friend, and now she's got one. I'm really looking forward to Toph in action and the reuniting of Toph, Katara, and Zuko. That is my number one wish before they end the show.

This got me wondering when they start the next Avatar series after Korra ends who would the Earth bending Avatar be a descendant of?

I personally do not think that they will create a completely new avatar. I think they'll simply expand upon "The Last Airbender" and "The Legend of Korra" more. There's definitely much more to tell for those two.

The future is mysterious regarding the future of the Avatar series, let's just hope that it doesn't end with Korra!  There has to be at least one more series!!! If not, then I hope Korra wraps things up on a high note!

Likewise, Shigehiko.

Well the budget was cut for Korra so... who knows what will happen. I just hope the series won't drag on.

Peace!

Loved the episode! ( as usual ) My predictions for the last two episodes are that Korra will reconnect with her past avatars, and that the Spirit vines will play a huge role in the battle. I can see the last two episodes being like the final battle in Narnia: Prince Caspian. The battle was a one-on-one, turned into an all out war. When the tide turns  in the direction for a side, the spirit vines will act as the tree's did in the following scene:

Just think about it, the vines taking down the tanks, the colossal mech, and it being there super-weapon.

Just 2 more Episodes, and it's all over! :  The journey that began with The Last Airbender ends with the final two Episodes of The Legend Of Korra!  But it's such an amazing world, I don't want it to end! D:  All I can say is that the final two Episodes will be of epic proportions!  I can't wait to see how Korra and the gang destroy Kuvira's super weapon!  And as for Kuvira herself, I don't think she'll die.  Rather, I think Korra will try one last attempt at seeing eye to eye with her, and if all else fails, well, Kuvira will probably die trying to kill Korra but being killed by her own weapon or something like that.  Gah, I can't wait to see how it all ends! :D

That was a pretty awesome episode to say the least. I just want Korra to rekindle her connections to the past Avatars and remove Kuvira's bending. If that happens, I'll be happy. :)

Oh, and that super weapon must be stopped! >:}

Peace!

Yes, the reconnection has to happen.

You know what would be insanely badass?  Katara, Toph, and Zuko teaming up one last time, and Aang's spirit appears alongside them, and it would be the old team Avatar along with the new team Avatar versus Kuvira and her army!  God, that'd be a sight to behold! :')

I wanted Toph to take the crap out of Kuvira. The freaking metal beding creator showing Kuvira her place.

So...uh...We gonna talk about this finale or what?

Might as well.

Okay, in all seriousness: it was a good finale. I liked especially the ending where we see Korra and Asami go to the spirit world. Really wraps up their little arc together on a good note. But no, it doesn't imply KorrAsami. This is a kids show, dammit.

Truly only a kid's show could imply romance between two people. That's why all the other Korra seasons have absolutely no romantic subplots

Honestly, the hand holding, the way they face each other. I always saw Korrasami as a fan theory, but this makes it seem pretty likely

Not saying it can't be a thing if people want to support it, just saying that I don't support it.
