Weiss 8,279 Posted March 28, 2013 (edited) Disney will be holding their first ever D23 expo this year. It will be held from October 12th to October 14th 2013. On the final day a KH fan event will be featured where series producer Shinji Hashimoto along with voice actors from the series will discuss inside information about Kingdom Hearts. The Kingdom Hearts Fan Event will last an hour from 3-4pm JST. The D23 Expo Japan will be held at the Tokyo Disney Resort in the Maihama area, and tickets will range from 2500 Yen to 12500 Yen. Also I'm thinking since TGS happen before this event, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX will be announced at TGS and some additional info about this game will be announced at D23.
