Second, Birth by Sleep would actually be extremely easy to port to PS3 because of their close connection. They wouldn't be remaking it, only porting. Same deal as putting 1,2 and CoM on PS3. It was a mistake to have FFXIII on the Xbox360. The Xbox 360 doesn't deserve a game as epic as Kingdom Hearts. The Xbox uses regular DVDs for games, and that version of 2.5 would be probably three discs simply to store it all. KHIII will never be on the 360 either. By the time that game comes out the 360 will be a wasteland in terms of new games, meaning that all Xbox games will be on the 720/Durango. Kingdom Hearts games have had a track record of staying on Nintendo and Sony consoles, and seems like they plan to keep it that way. It would be cool but I don't see it happening. Games such as Days, Re:coded and KH3D for the Nintendo systems would take too long to remake for the PS3. BbS is already on a Sony system. I'm sure he wanted Versus XIII on the current generation of consoles too, and look how well that's been going. Assuming KHIII arrives in fall 2015, which is optimistic in my opinion. putting it out on a PS3 would mean putting out one of Square's most anticipated titles on an outdated system. If they wanted to, sure, that'd be fine with me. I'd love to have the whole saga on my PS3. But I don't think that's what's going to happen, they've waited too long.
