They're just pulled from the trailer (seeing as how all it's showing is the starters), with the 'new' Pokémon edited in. Besides, was there even a recent CoroCoro thing? Not sure if that's the only place they release news, but either way, there'd have been more attention on this if it had been real. Nice find though, looks pretty cool (albeit hilarious).
