Reyn 1,755 Posted March 26, 2013 I mean, ive seen gameplay of Re:COM, and in all the cutscenes, Square didn't bother to change the lip-syncing, meaning that all the characters were moving their mouths to say Japanese words, even though you could hear them saying English lines. I honestly doubt Square will fix this, since it's just more extra work for them, but im hoping that they might.

Hei 3,233 Posted March 26, 2013 (edited) Well in all of the games they are moving to japanese words, but it's just easier to lip sync for those. Idk if they had a plan for it to be dubbed, so they went more...eccentric with the voicing and lip sync. At least that how I think it went But probably not, since the cutscenes are already finalized. FireRubies1 1,325 Posted March 26, 2013 I think the only issue for lip syncing with Re:CoM was that Japan pre-rendered the cutscenes. Probably because it was nothing more than a little add-on to KH2FM+ o3o 1 Reyn reacted to this
WakelessDream 2,280 Posted March 26, 2013 I didn't even notice that Re:CoM had a lip syncing problem. Granted I've only picked up the game once and have yet to beat it. But if it's really noticeable then I would hope that Square fixes it for the ReMix's release.

Well, if you pay attention to what the characters are saying like I do, ITS REALLY ANNOYING AND NOTICEABLE. <_< 1 xBerserkerSaix07x reacted to this
NumberXIII.Roxas 64 Posted March 26, 2013 I think they will. I mean along with the HD-ing of it, I hope they do. Same goes for Days. 1 Reyn reacted to this
Mystics Apprentice 2,397 Posted March 26, 2013 It does get irritating watching their lips move to Japanese, but I doubt they'll take the time to fix it just for us English speakers. 2 Reyn and thegreatunknown reacted to this
Imoore4 687 Posted March 26, 2013 (edited) It does seem possible but I doubt it as well. But considering that it's also coming to Europe for the first time there might be a chance.. Edited March 26, 2013 by Imoore4 1 Reyn reacted to this
Kaneki Ken 1,516 Posted March 26, 2013 I didnt even notice that problem. I was too busy listening to the cutscenes.

It''s already fixed on the Ps2 versions(except some obvious issues in some cutscenes) so it's obvious they'll fix what remains of the problems in the collection 1 Reyn reacted to this

kingdomlanelover 494 Posted March 26, 2013 Nah, but I wonder what's taking them so long to get 1.5 to other countries?
supersaiyanmikito 32 Posted March 27, 2013 They won't fix it. KHFM in 1.5 has the same problem but reversed. The voices are in Japanese and the lips are still synced to the English in KHFM.

Sora96 17,256 Posted March 27, 2013 Yeah, they most likely will. They rushed it in 2008 since it was only released in North America. I'm pretty sure they have to sync the audio to the remastered cutscenes. 1 Reyn reacted to this
peronmls 45 Posted March 27, 2013 The scenes arnt pre rendered anymore so it should be better.
