Rasiel is a complete Loli....more of a Himedere I think it was? World is Mine by Hatsune Miku pretty much is what describes here...that and Envy Catwalk. Ritsu is a DANDERE. My first Dandere ever! Even though Silva does not speak a common tongue, he can understand her as if she does. When he was of age (14) she gave him the Dormen and he unlocked his power. She has continued to raise and train him with his new abilities. When He Took The Dormen He Was Able To Summon His Ocarina.
