It's called feminine. 2) There's nothing wrong with either one. 3) The "Ven" you are talking about is actually Xigbar's perspective of how Xion looks like. The reason he sounds like that is because he is being voiced by Xion's voice actor in that scene. In other words, its Xion not Ven. Each character has their own perspective of Xion's appearance.The reason we see Xion has a dark haired Kairi is because we are playing through Roxas's perspective of the game. Saix just sees her as a floating black cloak defying gravity and Xemnas sees her as Sora. Same goes for Xigbar, he sees her as Ventus.
