Capcom finally listened to your Monster Hunter complaints

Recommended Posts

Some of you who wanted to buy Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate for the Wii U might have been pretty mad about the fact that there's no off-screen mode and about the online region-lock. Well, worry no more because Capcom finally listened to the fans and newcomers, they will remove the region-lock and add off-TV play with a future update! But not only that but was generous enough to announce that they will support the game for several months and there will be free of charge extra quests to keep you busy! (And that's something from the company that started the On-Disc DLC trend...)

EDIT: The first challenge will be released on the first day of release and the update will be in April

Are you happy with this? And will this change your decision? Discuss!

Also, we could make hunting teams when it comes out? O.o

I'm very glad to hear this but sadly I'm still not going to pick it up right away. I tried the demo off of my 3DS and the controls felt clunky bad. Especially when you have to fight monsters in the water. I really wish Capcom made a tutorial level for the demo for newcomers of then series and for veterans. I would've enjoyed the demo a lot more than i experienced. But don't get me wrong, i'll probably pick up the game eventually but there are other games that fill my interest atm like Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, metal gear Rising: Revengeance, ect.
