Early this morning the New York Post broke the news that Damian Wayne will die in the pages of Wednesday’s Batman Incorporated #8.

“He saves the world. He does his job as Robin,” Morrison told the Post. “He dies an absolute hero.”

Well superheros have an act for coming back to life while dc said if you die in new 52 your not coming back. But i find it hard to believe a character like Damian won't come back it's just matter of time if may be while.

In a shocking development for comic book lovers, Batman’s young sidekick Robin will die battling a brutal enemy in the latest edition of the enterprise.

Robin the Boy Wonder, Batman’s aide, will be killed in a comic book published Wednesday, the publisher has said.

 

The shocking demise of the Dark Knight’s sidekick will first appear in issue No 8 of the offshoot title “Batman Incorporated”, but the aftermath of his death will ripple throughout the DC Comics universe.

I don't really think it's a big deal. I mean, there's bound to be another Robin eventually, even though they'll probably bring this one back to life.The first Robin is still living large as Nightwing, so that's something, anyway.

I think I've actually seen Robin killed before.

You're probably thinking of Jason Todd, the second Robin. He was killed by the Joker, and then brought back to life later. It was a thing.
