What Framerate Does The Eye See At?

If eyes even have limitations, what framerate do you think they see at? I think somewhere around 1000fps.

After doing some research, some sources say the framerate visible by the eye is limited to 25fps, some say 60fps, and even over 200fps! I think for now this is a mystery that has not been fully understood yet.

Yeah, I am confused. All these people saying we see about 20-30fps, but there are games that are 60fps

I think it may depend on the eye but I read somewhere it was like 100 fps

I believe the average frame rate of movies is 24 fps and it's obvious that they move more slowly that we actually see.

I'm pretty sure it's no more than 60fps. Which makes any FPS higher than that rather redundant.
