If you pre-order the game from 7-Eleven in Japan before this date, then you will receive a product code for an exclusive downloadable original PS3 custom theme. Ummmm, KH 358/2 days wasn't released for GBA, the only GBA KH game there is, is COM. 358/2 days was a DS game. Besides, GBA games stopped being made after 2007.
